Very disappointed, although the room was excellent. Parking was a disaster, we waited 1 1/2 hours until someone left for a parking space and were charged $12 which I didn’t know would happen. Description is pet friendly…..I’m thinking most dogs would feel a designated area for them to relieve themselves is pet friendly , not a 3x3 area with stones in front of the building. I’m sure the Hilton Family has dogs and this would not be suitable for any dog. Breakfast included in room price would be nice but no breakfast is included and it’s fairly expensive cost of a room at Hilton. So all in all I would not stay again in Albuquerque Hilton I would find a pet friendly, Breakfast included and parking included hotel on the outskirts.

I appreciated the location in downtown Albuquerque, as it was close to the convention center but not as costly. Everything was affordable, clean, and orderly. I didn’t use many of the amenities, but the breakfast sandwich I got on the go was pretty delicious. Also, Mia, one of the front desk attendants was amazing. Explaining everything in an understandable way as it was my first time in Albuquerque and pretty new to Hilton hotels as well!

The beds were too hard and not comfortable and the refrigerator in our room was not working so our drinks we bought for the road the next day, they were not even cold so we couldn't drink them as planned. Over all the hotel was very nice as well as the staff but we didn't sleep well because of the beds.

Staff at the desk were very helpful with directions. Friendly security guard lent me his umbrella when I had to run out to my car to grab something during a downpour. Had secured parking garage. Room was spacious and clean, as were common areas. Located in "Albuquerque downtown", but there really isn't anything to see or do in the area.

Place was very nice and relaxing

The sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water was draining very slowly. That was the only disappointing thing

Easy traffic to get in, on the edge of downtown. Rooms are new, comfortable, the lobby is cozy, there is a gym, restaurant and a terrace. The rooms have a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. All feel super clean. Staff are attentive, easily helped me to extend my stay for the same rate. There are 2 parking lots ($). Breakfast ($).

Beautiful hotel in great downtown location. A little difficulty seeing signage for where to turn in for check-in, etc. but eventually figured it out. Room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond for our group. Claudia, the general manager, assisted part of our group with luggage to their room and Jason saved our trip when we left a phone behind in our room. Highly recommend!!

Staff were not very helpful. Breakfast is not free. Even though it says on their website said free Breakfast. We were told to pay.

Very comfortable bed, and room was very nice. The thing that ruined our stay was while we were checking out, the manager tried to hang an additional $12 parking charge to the couple in front of us, then she tried to do the same thing to us. Neither the couple in front of us parked in their garage, nor did we. When we booked our room, we were given the cost of of our stay. It plainly read, "All charges and fees included. Even if we could have parked in their garage, we shouldn't have had to pay extra for it. When we checked in the night of our stay, nothing was said about where we could park, and nothing was said about the the $12 charge if we had parked there.

Fast easy check in after a long day driving! Secured property with parking attached. Clean with comfy bed!
