Tru By Hilton Albuquerque North I-25

Tru is my favorite hotel brand for a reason -- it's simple, cozy, and predictable. The Albuquerque location was all of that! I had a great stay, particularly with the very helpful staff. My only wish is that the bed had been a bit more comfortable. I didn't sleep well--but that's common when I'm traveling, particularly to a higher altitude.

The bed was hard and the pillows were flat. Parking was great and lighted. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything from the people walking above you to the elevator doors squeaking open and closed. Breakfast was ok. Was looking forward to pancakes but the machine was broken. The pool was so cloudy you couldn’t see the bottom of the steps in the shallow end so we skipped that. Wouldn’t stay here again but it’s an affordable option for families.

Easy exit from expressway made this a good choice. No microwave in room

Clean and friendly

Breakfast was good. A healthy supply of cereals, eggs and what not. Shower was spacious, very clean. Bed was comfortable. The property seems, new but that may have been, my perspective. The staff is friendly and very helpful. room is spacious with a modern decor. Heating and cooling, worked flawlessly. I would stay here, more often if I could afford it. The maverick within the same parking lot, makes for easier snack runs. The staff, also runs a snack depot, inside the lobby. Freshcoffee, creamer of various flavors.

Breakfast was excellent as was the location. Gas station conveniently located next door as were two restaurants. The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and I felt very safe as well. Nothing! :-)

Clean rooms and friendly staff

The breakfast was great. The place was clean. Staff was helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The cost was reasonable. Perfect for me!

The hotel was clean and crisp decor. Breakfast had a good selection. With the location off I25 the noise was louder than expected. Traded the convenience of location with a noisy night’s sleep.

Very clean hotel and front desk very friendly the bed was very comfy. Didn't have a coffee pot in the rooms.

Clean room, clean bedding, however broken food machine, bread toaster, hair in clean shower towel. The AC unit constantly on, sounded like a truck when on, but then still blew when no ac coming out. So didnt sleep well.

The room was not the cleanest and needed some repairs CLEAN the Rooms

Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Maverik gas station in front of the hotel and is loud at times, also the TV did not work in my room.

Location. It was in the center of everything we visited Room size was waaaay too small for 2 people. I didn’t care for the “minimalist” style - no closet, no drawers, tiny desk, seating for one and all our belongings out in the open. Disappointed that there was no coffee maker in room. Lukewarm showers - yuk!
