-
Great location, able to get a late check out, bar had no working tv and rooms are very small
-
I prefer a hotel that offers some sort of breakfast included and at $300/ night I wish I had that available. I would like to thank Tyree at the front desk for his happy smiling and personality!!

We moved here after our hotel lost power. The room was much smaller and outdated compared to our other hotel and for a higher price. The room didn’t feel very clean and just felt ‘used.’ Unless you are banking rewards it’s worth checking out other hotels in area.

Our stay with my family and our dog was excellent
-
Close to the train station. Professional staff, clean rooms.
-
The staff was awesome. They were friendly to me the whole time I was there. The place is clean. The restaurant closes early, So on a long night, getting into the hotel, you can't bank on being able to go downstairs and grab a bite. The gym could be nicer. Awesome location, central to a lot of stuff.

the check in person at the counter was very professional, helpful, very enthusiastic about helping guests. Check in was easy, quick. rooms were nice, clean, but i had a noisy leaking toilet. otherwise perfect!
-
Clean, quiet hotel, about a 20-minute walk from the wharf. The staff were very helpful. I would skip the breakfast. Parking $45.

Great hotel in a great area
-
Front desk staff was incredibly friendly.

The room was expensive ($250-ish) which I knew going in, but I expected a better experience. We arrived early (which is common for us with hotels) and asked if we could check in early. The answer has always been (in every other hotel), “Yes (if the room is ready), no (if the room is not ready), or in a while (we’ll let you know when it’s ready).” This was the first time I was ever told there were be a $50 early check in fee (on top of $45 for parking). So that was an extra $95. Bottled water in the room was $6 (which we did not partake). No soap for the sink or shower. Aside from all that, the hotel was okay, clean, and the staff was ok-friendly.

Excellent stay with fantastic comfort and location! Ihad a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days of exploring. The location is perfect—it is situated in a great area, incredibly close to the metro station, and within easy walking distance of major local attractions. What really stood out was the staff. They were consistently helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire visit. Highly recommended!

Quiet neighborhood location No microwave in the bedroom

The location was great. The valet parking was a plus. I feel that booking.com customers do not receive the same experience. The first room received smell of mold and had a moist feeling from the air condition. The second room received was much nicer and smelled clean. We only got a better room due to problems with the carbon dioxide system going off.

The hotel is located on King Street which has many restaurants of different food types and also many shops. This street leads down to Old Town Alexandria which goes along the water. The hotel was super clean and the staff very friendly. We were got there later on a Saturday night so we were able to park in front of the hotel until the parking stopped at 9:00pm so we only had to pay roughly $10 versus the $45 at the hotel. Very lively street.

Reasonable price, valet parking was a great addition enjoyed my stay
-
Great location on King Street near the Metro rail. Well appointed room, comfortable bed, and a compact but useful bathroom. Rooms are well insulated from sound both inside and outside. Polite and professional staff.
-
The managers were very helpful, as was the valet. Very small room; basic linens; no place to put luggage for more than 1 person.
-
I slept in the dark from 2am till check out. Power was out. Had to take a cold shower
