My stay was wonderful. I needed to be close to the wedding venue that I was a part of and the hotel was a convenient option.

It was nice sitting outside by the fire. Our room smelled terrible. Staff was nice.

That was the worst place I have ever went to. I showed up at the hotel at 330 pm to check in mind you check in was at 3 pm the front desk guy said nothing was open yet and kept running upstairs looking for room? Then he came back the last time around told the other lady 234 was ready for us and he left . 234 is a one bed she said no fault of her, its now 410 we are late for our outing I told the lady to cancel it all and we will drive home after. Mind you there were other people coming in and they didn't have rooms open for them to. Never again will I stay there in allen park Trip typeBusiness · Family

This hotel was in a good location and the staff was friendly however, when we arrived to the hotel we were told that we would be upgraded to a suite. Apparently, the rooms were still being cleaned and there was nothing else available. The room had a smell, the bathtub was dirty with mildew around the tub. It was not an upgrade in my opinion.

No room service stayed over 2.weeks never.cleaned room had to buy toilet.paper for my hotel room and wash my towels.so I could have clean ones

Hot tub worked, room clean, ac worked, breakfast great.

Corners of room had dust and dirty left behind. Room smelled of mildew but no options to change so forced to stay inside it. TV was not working so unable to use streaming services but wifi would connect so I found that contradictory. I usually like Marriot but definitely on the low end of that scale.

I love the fire pit. It was so much fun. The pool was clean. The hot tub was hot when we checked in the rooms we’ve been in were overlooked so they upgraded as free. The weekend buffet had waffles. The weekday buffet did not, but there was eggs sausage toppings for a yogurt bar The fire alarm did go off the first night at two in the morning. We think a kid pulled it… One of the guests mentioned to me that it happened a few weeks back daring his stay..

Nice and clean and the staff was amazing

We checked in after midnight and the young lady was absolutely so pleasant checking us in. Our stay was short, but we will definitely be back next year and stay here for Lions training camp.

Breakfast is good. The room is big and great price for the offering The spare pillow for the extra guest is dirty. The shower room floor is very slippery

The staff was amazing, the room itself was Clean. There was a strong odor of cat urine in our room though that was unpleasant. Other than that place was great.

The breakfast option can be better as there wasn’t even waffle to say d least

Good location for us during a family visit. Breakfast offerings were a little limited and some things were stale.
