Hotel was excellent, receptionist was horrible and rude. Had a mouth full of food while trying to check in and could not understand her and when I asked her to repeat herself she had attitude.

Great place to stay for the price. Normal check in at 3pm and a normal checkout time for 12pm!

Excellent stay for a concert at ameris bank amphitheater. Traveled with a medium sized dog. Close to everything we needed, yet out of the way. Loved the property and the staff were sooo nice! Everyone seemed to be happy to be working at this place. Will stay here again, if we’re ever in the area.

I loved everything about our stay! Although, when we arrived, no one was at the front desk to check me and my daughter in (for what seemed like 30 mins.), the bartender was extremely helpful! I didn't catch his name, but I will never forget his face!! Very pleasant. With help from his supervisor over the phone he was able to check us in with no problems. I wanted to tip him for his services, but didn't have cash on hand. We weren't in much of a hurry anyway, but he made things easier. The room was very clean and bigger than what the pictures show online...so we had plenty of space! The bed was so comfortable!!!!!!!! It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again, hands down!!!!!!!

Ideal location near lots of shopping and restaurants. The rooms were great and the lobby was incredible with a lot of fun things like a pool table and a bar. The rooms have refrigerators, but did not have microwaves which was a little disappointing.

Booked hotel for a new employee office visit. Apparently the hotel is having some sort of renovation. Stayed in a room that the AC ONLY kicked on when you move. This person did not sleep well at all. The hotel was updating rooms with motion sensing. It was hooked up incorrectly therefore a night of no AC AND having to move EVERY 12 minutes!!!! I did learn......need to call hotels to see if renovations are being done during a stay. Very bad first impression of hotel and our company, that we chose to put them up there!!!!
