Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Amarillo Central

Exceptional

The breakfast was good. The facilities were clean. The pool was nice. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. The kitchen lady seemed annoyed by kids being there. In her defense, she did have a lot of responsibilities on her plate to keep up with.

Employees where very polite. The breakfast was excellent. The king bed was very comfortable.

Lots of smudges and fingerprints on all surfaces so didn’t feel great about cleanliness. Overall, nice New facility. I appreciated that breakfast was earlier than expected as I had an early morning departure. However, there was no coffee. That was disappointing at 5:45 AM with a full breakfast running.

The facility was in good shape and our room was clean. Perfect for a good nights rest.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly

Needed a simple one night stay on a long road trip. This was the perfect pick. It was very comfy, great shower, and at a good price.

Brand new hotel. Very clean, nice room and easy access to highway. Great breakfast.

Very clean and brand new

Everything was first rate, especially the breakfast!

Very clean and almost brand new property. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a very nice hotel! I gave it 4 stars only because the bed was way too soft and fluffy for me. I personally prefer a firm mattress but if you like a soft and fluffy mattress they have it.

The room is really clean . The bed is so comfy!!!!!! Breakfast also good

If I was to give this hotel an overall rating id give it a 1 out of 5. I only saw the staff when I was checking in. Even when I tried to dial 0 from my room, no one answered. I call back multiple times and nothing. I look for hotels with the later checkout so I can sleep in later. Well that didn't happen because I was woke up at 9am by the cleaners busting in my room to start cleaning..while my wife was barely dressed in the bed. Of course I tried to dial 0 and no one answered to let them know this was un acceptable. Still got no one. I dont know if its because its a new hotel or lack of training or people just dont care. I know one thing for sure i will never stay at country inn central ever again.

Very good

Really nice property and rooms and will be where I stay next trip through Amarillo

Typical hotel breakfast. Sausage, bacon, eggs, cereal. Loved real plates and silverware. Pool area chlorine smell was way too strong to enjoy the pool.

Clean. New. Modern.

Only issue with this particular property was the noise from I-40. It’s also hard to get to if you miss the turn. It’s on a one way. Otherwise loved it why I still have it a 5

Very clean place. Staff pleasant
