Excellent Hotel

Great rooms!

The walkability made our time at the park more enjoyable. The front office staff was extremely kind and helpful (they even sharpened my daughter's color pencils when they broke) and everything is kept clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. This hotel doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some other hotels might have, but it was totally what we needed and wanted for our trip to Disneyland.

Stay here to be close to the entrance to Disneyland, no other reason. The rooms are clean and well maintained. If you get up during the night, the light has a motion sensor and will wake up everyone in the room. The front desk was polite but not helpful. We loved the convenience of McDonald’s and Panera next door for food runs before and after Disneyland.

Room was very spacious, beds were so comfortable! The only bad thing that happened was that the previous people in that room set an early alarm on the clock and woke up my whole family lol great stay, we will be back for sure!

The room was very clean. Super easy check in and out. Pool amenities are great. And the location to Disneyland is fabulous.

Very convenient stay if going to disney!! Super close walking distance. Staff were very helpful and nice. Checking in and out was a breeze. Most importantly room was extremely clean!!

Horrible experience and was never able to speak with management nor did they ever attempt to reach out.

Our room was great! We had loud neighbors which was a bummer and the trash truck making tons of noise every morning at 6am to empty the dumpsters at the McDonald’s next door wasn’t ideal. But neither of those are really the hotel’s fault. The location is so handy for getting to the parks. I’ve stayed there multiple times now and it has the nicest rooms for a comparable price to the other hotels right there on Harbor.

Right across from Disney, beds were slightly uncomfortable but LOCATION! Also the people were great, rooms were clean, onsite scooter rentals, valet parking was awesome. All around good experience

We usually stay at this hotel whenever we go to Disneyland. It’s always clean, staff is nice and helpful, and it’s a very short walk to the DL and DCA.

I am not sure why but the housekeeper did only one bed out of the two and i even left a tip.

Our air conditioner was leaking and they didn’t do anything about it. 96 degrees and told us to turn off the air.

The valet parking, on-site market, and on-site scooter rental made our stay so easy. There are multiple dining options within walking distance. And the pool was beautiful and clean.

Keep it under 1,500 characters but strong and believable: Extremely disappointed with our stay. The online photos do not accurately represent the condition of the room we received. I wasn’t expecting luxury, but I absolutely expected a clean, reasonably maintained room. The furniture was extremely worn, peeling and ripped in several areas. The towels that should have been white were noticeably yellow/discolored and looked old. There were marks and damage throughout the room, an electrical outlet/cover was pulling away from the wall, and worst of all, we found bugs in the room. I have photos documenting all of this. I contacted Expedia immediately. We would have left, but because of the time and limited availability nearby, finding another hotel wasn’t a realistic option. I wasn’t asking for a full refund while still staying—I requested a reasonable partial refund because the room was not what was represented online. I was offered only a $50 credit. There is a difference between an older hotel and a poorly maintained one. For a property that advertises itself as “newly renovated,” the condition of our room was especially disappointing. The location near Disneyland is convenient, but unfortunately that does not make up for the condition of the room. Look at recent guest photos before booking.
