Anaheim Carriage Inn

The Carriage Inn in Anaheim is located in a nice spot near Disneyland and many attractions. We had a room with three beds for five people. Do not expect to have a room that you would relax in, the set up is strictly for sleeping only. In our three bed room we had one table, and one chair. There was a large dresser in the room as well to share. The breakfast was very poor, with no meat or eggs provided. Several guests complained while we were there about it. Magically, boiled eggs appeared towards the end of the week. The staff stated they offer a "light breakfast" and told our party "it's what you get for what you paid for." We did take advantage of the pool and hot tub which was a nice addition but often got home after the closing time of 9:00 PM. The cleaning staff came every other day which was fine for us.

They make you pay to use the ice machine. The pool is ice cold they close the pool and hot tub at 9 o’clock !! 10 o’clock. Should be the earliest any pool or hot tub closes. The food was subpar probably one of the lowest budget continental breakfast I’ve ever had out of the 30 places I have stayed in .

Location is about a mile from Disneyland, location provides free parking, a pool/spa, laundry-fee and is basically a good deal for the price.

Carriage Inn was very convenient for Disneyland. The Toy Story parking lot with a free shuttle is kitty corner close. The Inn itself is just a few blocks down on Harbor Ave. Very convenient with lots of eating places right around it. Carl's Jr next door, Taco Bell across the street, Target is just a few blocks down. The reception office was so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good with fresh fruits, yogurt, fruit juices, fresh eggs. Good service!

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Relaxing after walking in Disney all day!

DISGUSTING hotel! It smelled like pee the whole time we stayed! Room wasnt even clean when we checked in, found wrappers and trash behind the dresser and under the bed!! We had reserved 2 queen beds and received 2 FULL sized beds. The restrooms were disgusting, vents full of dust. The door did not fully close. We did not feel safe. The gentleman at the front desk had the audacity to tell us if we didn’t like it, to contact our booking agency to find us a DIFFERENT place to stay. The breakfast wasnt even worth it. They have breakfast from 6-8 and my toddlers werent up at that time so i grabbed two bananas a bowl with cereal and a cup of milk, the lady said we dont serve to go, only to eat here in the lobby. Mind you its a hotel near Disneyland which is for KIDS. And you cant let me take food upstairs for my sleeping children?! RIDICULOUS. Dont stay here!!!

El muchacho que nos recibió en la madrugada tuvo pésima atención y actitud. No quería aceptarnos el pago con ninguna tarjeta y no nos dejaba ponerle el pin al aparato. Nos repitió mucho que no tenían fondos cuando era completamente mentira. Hasta que que se bajó la 3er persona que venía conmigo a ver qué pasaba,ya nos dejó entrar a ponerle el pin a una de las tarjetas y luego luego se aceptó. La verdad qué molesto que nos recibieran así. Pusimos la queja en la mañana,muy lindas las chicas que recibieron la queja. La habitación muy amplia para 6 personas y todo muy limpio. Lástima que nos arruinó la experiencia ese muchacho.

Has bed bugs. My Mom, sister and niece got bitten. Me, my wife and kids brought our own bed sheet so we were ok.

Pay the extra money and book a different hotel. We had ants throughout our room, I found pubic hair (see photos) in one of the beds. It felt gross I will never stay here again!!

Staff at check in was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Parking wasn’t great. Not much parking and some guests were a little loud but a pleasant stay.
