Beds and overall room was fine I already have informed that I was arriving at 8 am, when I was there I needed to drop my luggage at the place, but also asked to use the restroom, they wanted to charge me $25 more dollars to use the one in the room, so no restroom available for guests, we're talking about a best western, also I informed that I couldn't take breakfast (that they offer) because I needed to leave at 4 AM, so requested to have it on my arrival, or at least something, but nothing, no food no restroom, no water, nothing! I expected more of this hotel because is a "Best Western" also very far from Disney, no walking distance.

I liked the morning manager. He was very nice and polite. The parking lot. The parking lot is a little small.

We liked that it was a little smaller than a big hotel. We had no problem getting a parking spot. The staff was great ( i had lost my credit card and they called me to tell me that it was found in my room after checkout, so I was able to go pick it up). They cleaned the pool daily, so we did enjoy the pool. The continental breakfast was good. It is close to Disneyland and California Adventure, about a 3-4 minute drive to parking. If you are walking, it will take you around 15 - 20 minutes to get to the parking structure to catch the tram. Overall good experience, we would stay here again. Our door didn't have any weather stripping on the deadbolt side, we had light coming in. Because it is on a main thoroughfare, and by the disneyland employee parking entrance, It was a little on the loud side as far as traffic goes. The fireworks from disneyland are incredibly loud and you're unable to see them.

Very clean, room was spacious, loved there were lots of pillows and towels, staff were cleaning pool and greeted well and the bonus was it incl breakfast and check out was at 11am which was amazing! It's behind Disney, so short walk but we had a large group and decided to make use of the pool before going. Pool was the best start to my day, spa wasn't too hot, and pool was refreshing. I would def book here again. Carparking is very limited so make sure you've checked in early to secure a spot but in saying that they had one for us around 9pm which I think we were very lucky to get! Otherwise people complained about the noise of traffic, yes you can hear it but honestly it was kinda soothing and it didn't keep me awake. If your sensitive take ear plugs.

Unfortunately I cannot say I was happy from the moment I pulled up. Arriving to the property and getting the keys to our room on the third floor, opening the door, there was a strange smell and room layout was very interesting, some areas of flooring were missing carpet. You were not able to close the bathroom door due to the toilet being so far out. As we brought our luggage up to the room, housekeeping was getting ready to start on the room right next door, and in the moment they open the door, the housekeeper stated, “Oh my God,” and gasped. I walked out the door to make sure she was OK and housekeeper was OK, but there was such a horrible odor inside the hotel room right next-door. It was absolutely filthy. Sheets, towels were and the horrific smell just continued to come out of the room. which then explained why the room we were staying in had a strange smell as it was coming from the room right next door. I went straight down to the front desk and explained the situation. The gentleman working at the front desk was very apologetic and stated that he would let his manager know about the hotel room and it shouldn’t be a problem getting refunded, but I would have to go through the third-party booking booking as I could not stay within that hotel with the unsanitary conditions it held, I put my complaint in with booking.com and wrote a lengthy email with word for word on what the housekeeper mentioned, as well as the front desk, and got an email back within just a few hours stating that management of this specific Best Western will not be giving a refund of any sort and would still be charging full price for the room regardless of the condition. My partner and myself left the hotel immediately and went down the street to stay at a more health conscious, sanitary hotel.

Two minute drive to park Wasn’t a good walk to park as stated. It said 4 minute walk which was really 30 minutes and dangerousl. The parking at hotel was awful. Very small parking lot. Had to fight to get one. It was very loud traffic outside.

Breakfast, and distance from the theme parks Water pressure in the shower was very low

The staff was amazing and friendly. We loved the black out curtains it made it easy to sleep in. Some of our towels were worn down. We got replacements every day we found hairs wrapped up in the threads of one of the towels.

Every time my family and I visit Disneyland, we choose to stay at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with Disneyland just a short distance away, and there are also plenty of great food options nearby. The staff is always warm, friendly, and welcoming, which makes every stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained as well. We’ve had great experiences every time we’ve stayed here, and it has become our go-to hotel whenever we visit Disneyland. We highly recommend it!

It was good because it was pretty close to Disney. I stayed there thinking I was going to save money, but cheaper isn't always the best. I got the last room right by the street, and in the middle of the night, I heard a chase outside and thought they were going to break the door down. The room had double doors, and the mini-split didn't cool the room.
