Castle Inn and Suites

We were given a room in the third floor. There were two elevators in the hotel (one at either end of the hotel) , but the only one working is the one closest to the front desk. The room had an old dingy carpet that should be replaced. As soon as we walked into our room, it felt musty and humid. No comforters on the bed, just bedsheets and a thin blanket. We kept our reservations due to the fact that it was already paid for and hotel prices closest to the parks were expensive last minute. I believe the rooms need to be updated. The only positive things about the stay was the air conditioner worked really well, there were plenty of parking, and location of hotel was not bad. Distance from hotel to park is walkable. Unfortunately, next time we will definitely be booking elsewhere.

clean room, convenient parking, short walk to disneyland

The best thing is a short walk to Disneyland.

Staff was very professional and friendly.

The location is good, especially for the price. The hotel is dated, the mattresses need to be replaced, but the theme of the hotel was really cute.

Clean great stagf

Room was clean. Soda and ice machines were close. Staff in lobby were especially helpful. They made a phone call on our behalf to find a rented scooter that hadn't arrived. They took care of the scooters each night. Gave us directions and info when asked. The only strange thing was they asked if we wanted maid service. Didn't know that that was an option.

The hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable regarding the area. Dominic was helpful whenever I needed anything. The property is clean and the pool/jacuzzi well maintained. There were many parking places close to our room. It's about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland, not the 8 minutes advertised. Still close enough to walk back to room for a break during the day. Microwave and small refrigerator in room that was nice. The beds were clean and comfortable and there were many towels for our use. My only complaint is that the carpets seemed to be in need of being steam cleaned. They left our feet black on the soles or our socks black when we were walking throughout the room. Between the beds seemed a little sticky. We would probably stay here again, but use house shoes or flips to walk while in the room.

2 traffic lights away to Disneyland Park. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I like they provide free parking, other hotels would charge for a fee. The elevators broken down twice during our family’s stay. I hurt my knee, so it was terrible to walk from one end to another end to use another elevator or to use the stairs.

The workers were so helpful!! We arrived early and they were able to help us out! We were given a room in the way back. Which turned out to be great because it was quiet from all the kids around. The staff helped answer our questions. Morgan was great!! Can't wait to stay again when visiting.

I am not sure why this hotel has a 9.0 rating. It is a cheap choice if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep but it presents itself as a Motel 6. It is old and the rooms reflect it. The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable at all, the bedding consisted of sheets and a thin blanket, showers do not have conditioner and the hotel has no breakfast or lobby coffee (only a cheap, small coffee maker in the room). Pool was very small as well. The worst thing about it was at 11:00 pm one night we were woken up by water gushing in the bathroom ceiling! No idea what the people above us had done, but that shows how old and outdated this hotel is. I would not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

WiFi didn’t work. Connected with no internet access. But I didn’t call about it.

Ptac filters very dirty .

Great location. Comfortable room. Great when visiting disneyland. Staff went above and beyond. We unknowingly left an item in our room at checkout. Housekeeping found this and the hotel contacted me about an hour after we left and then assisted with us getting the item as we were not able to return. This was very much appreciated. Would stay here again without hesitation

This was such a convenient stay! The staff was great and super helpful. You can't beat the sick walk to the park

Our room was very clean. Our only complaint was the mattress was obviously old. It had two valleys and a hill in the middle.

What breakfast? The bed horrible sheet worse and carpet gross.

Room was outdated and smelled a bit moldy. The beds aren’t very comfy but it did the job for what we needed which was an affordable place close to Disneyland that accommodated a large family. Not sure I would stay here again unless it gets updated.

The rooms definitely need some maintenance. Friendly staff.

Hotel was very nice , service was also great.
