Hyatt Place at Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

Exceptional

We had an upgrade as soon as we got there. It was a nice surprice. The breakfast was excellent! Walking distance to Dysney parks. We were there 3 nights and we didn"t get room cleaning. I heard some hotels are only cleaning every other day or on request.

Clean. Close to Disney. 15min walk to Disney.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, pool and jacuzzi were nice, and the location was very convenient to walk over to the free shuttles in the Toy Story parking.

It was good experience at the hotel

Todo exelente en nuestra instancia

Good place to stay for a quick weekend trip to Disneyland.

Superb

Very good

Helpful, clean, friendly, and smooth process.

Close to Disneyland about a 20 minute walk or 5-7 minute $14 Uber. We found two cockroaches in the family suite which freaked the wife and kids out. When I reported this to the front desk and showed them pictures they didn't seem surprised or concerned and did not offer to move our room or make it right in any way. Breakfast was decent, eggs seemed powdered/not real eggs and many items were often empty or utensils were missing while people waited. They were slow to replenish the food and utensils, but were sure super quick to put all the food and beverages away at 9:01 a.m. despite families all waiting in line to eat. On the weekend there was no coffee available until 7:00 am so I had to drive to a coffee shop. What hotel doesn't at least have some basic coffee available in the lobby prior to 7:00 a.m especially for a hotel near Disneyland and the convention center where people will be for sure up early needing to get their day started?

Good

The staff were very friendly, helpful and easygoing. We liked the location. Walking distance to Disneyland. Good breakfast. The food was constantly replenished. Nice place to stay.

breakfast buffet great to start morning with front desk great service - attentive bathroom was slightly dirty upon arrival but housekeeping was grat

Everything was excellent I will be back

My husband went to get down drinks an hour late he comes back telling me the bartender took for ever plus made him wait since she didn’t know why was in the drink

Great hotel. Clean, staff is great, good amenities and close to the toy story lot for Disney. Lots of quality restaurants in walking distance as well as convenience stores

Breakfast was yummy but no flavored creamers for our coffee. The hot tub was really hot!! The staff was amazing. Everyone was so nice, helpful, kind, welcoming. We asked for extra towels and it took only a few minutes for them to bring them to us. Very attentive. Great place to stay.

This was our second time staying here. We like how clean and convenient it was to shopping and dinning.

Room was clean and staff was very nice
