Great for one night, clean enough and the staff was available. Nice that we can leave our bags for the day. Liked the outside area. A lot of noise - we had the room (female only) right next to the common area and we could hear everything...

A memorable stay, with great connections made. Hiring bikes was a highlight.

Excellent staff and location. Great facilities and resources for a hostel. Outstanding hiking trips. Manager, Luz is outstanding and organized fantastic day hikes .

Nothing, absolutely nothing. It is extremely dirty everywhere! It is impossible to sleep inside your room because of smell of dirty people around, it is impossible to go to shower because it is dirty like in homeless shelters.

I like the ecologically minded operations - with the composting and backyard with the chickens. Bed was not comfortable. House and room was a bit old.

Easily accessible Nothing

Base Camp was my first stop in Alaska. It was clean, with a big kitchen and living room, and an outdoor area. The room and the bathroom were fine. With an uber you can get to the city center in 5 minutes. The mattress was too soft, but it was good enough for one night.

breakfast was minimal but fine. The communal areas were comfortable, and the bathrooms very clean. THe bunk bed was a bit narrow and awkward to get in and out of
