Sink was stopping up. Bolt lock on door did not work.

The room was clean but smelled a little musty. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. We enjoyed the little river walk outside the hotel. We really appreciated the airport shuttle. Had a nice stay.

8-night stay, old wash rag towel, bar of soap left in shower from last person that rented room. Requested to have cleaned. Housekeeping came and added new towels and made bed day 5 but didn't fix the problem. Did it myself.....

It is not in downtown, there is a pool but it was not heated. We had no maid service and had to fetch clean towels and more toilet paper. Not up to Wyndham standards. No restaurants close by.

Rooms were old, dirty, and in need of updating. Was billed from the facility and Orbitz. Was only supposed to be billed from Orbitz. Tried getting money back countless times and finally just gave up. Staff were not friendly at all and acted like they didn’t care about refunded my account over $250. I also accidentally left my earrings in the room that my husband purchased for my birthday. When asking about the earrings I was told that we would need to come to the facility and look in the lost and found room. We live in Alabama so not sure how we could do that. Staff couldn’t even go look in the lost and found even after I described the “cross” earrings. Would not recommend this hotel at all. We frequently travel and this was the worst experience of all hotels we have stayed at.

Rooms were very nice

We had a good stay but parking was limited, and it is in an industrial area, it seemed kind of sketchy for two ladies by themselves, and one of the employees walked in on my friend changing right after we checked in. The breakfast was nice and everything was clean. The staff seemed to be helpful. It was a nice stay but I don’t want to do it again.

The location of the hotel was easy to find. The check-in was fast and the room was clean and big. The bed though was a little bit hard but since I was tired from the travel, i was able to sleep right away. The continental breakfast is good but limited choices.

The Breakfast wasn't that great at all plus It's A 100 fee for the property damage which is understandable but they changed me for A spot on A pillow cause me and my wife had our Grandkids with US and doin check out time we look over everything and even pick up the room A little bite and they still had me paid for damage fee which was 25 dollars like they was hurting for money and the swimming pool was dirty!

T Ty his place was not as good as when I stayed 3 years ago. When reservations made in March 29 was told I would have transportation to and from Merril Field, Lake Clark Air. When I attempted to go to Merril Firld a couple days later, was told cause there was 2 hotels and one shuttle transportation was to Ted Stevens only. Three years ago I had transportation to both and in March was promised both. Jallow the FDM was able to make monetary adjustments for the price of a cab. Made arrangements to return 2 days early for a combination of a 4 day stay. Amye I think was her name at the front desk said all the arrangements were made. Two days later there was a knock at my door when I was checking out? Jallow realized it was a mistake and straightened it out. Jallow is a great asset to your company. So is the lady who too Carr of breakfast. Good always filled. Warm. Dining area clean. Amye if her name when at the front desk was too involved on private calls and private internet usage, less then professional. When I return to Anchorage I will not return to your facility and the others I suggested to do so will be rescinded. Place is dirtier. Equipment not working. Some staff not professional. Lack of services.
