We got in late and left early. It was a decent hotel.

Passable

Staff and housekeeping was horrible. They need to get housekeeping staff that can speak English and get staff at the front desk who wants to work
-
The room was clean, the staff were wonderful, we didn't do breakfast and we were charged $8.00 a day for parking.

Bad

The desk staff were nice. The breakfasts were not very good. The bed was not that comfortable. The shower curtain didn't keep the water from getting on the bathroom floor.

We've stayed here a few times while we're near Annapolis and the property is always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and willing to accommodate (my husband and I travel with our 2 teenagers so we need a few extra pillows and towels.) Great experience!

The bar was closed each night of our stay so we couldn’t enjoy an evening drink. There was no breakfast buffet the morning that we left

The Romans mom just like pure cigarette smoke and flies was everywhere

I was surprised when I saw the largeness of the room. I did not specify an accessible room, but the bathroom was especially accommodating. The pull down seat for showering plus all the hand rails. Very appreciative of that. Only one thing I had encountered that was unexpected and that was that the bed was not made after use. Not a major problem as I did not know that the process was to make the bed everything other day

Everything was perfect. Esp the staff. So friendly and the freshly brewed coffee was great.

Thought the price was higher than expected

Location was close enough to the USNA. Last minute availability. The bathroom, when initially entering the room had hair on the floor and was dirty. I wiped it all down with a rag and it was filthy with hair and dirt. I understand they only do housekeeping every other day, but on the day they did, they did not refresh the towels. They took the dirty towels and left us with one hand towel. We had to pay for breakfast, which is included with the cost of a room at the Holiday Inn Express and it was the same quality of breakfast, mediocre at best. Also ran out of toilet paper, which should've been caught long before we ran out. Worst part is, I checked the rate for this room for two weeks out from the date we stayed, which was during Second Class, Parent Weekend at the USNA, and the price was half as much. We'll never stay there again. Hilton used to be known as an upper class establishment and the price was commensurate with the service. Certainly not anymore.
