Breakfast was okay glad there was a variety. Gym was nice. The pool was HORRIBLE. we heard others complaining about the temperature but tried anyways. two of our 3 kids could not swim and this was the reason we chose this hotel over all the others in the area- the indoor pool. Will not be back simply due to the temperature. I spoke to someone at the front about it and was told it was room temp and nothing could be done. I choose travel location based off breakfast and pool so my children have an activity. it rained due to the hurricane all weekend so they had no activity and we had to pay extra to travel out and do activities we did not plan for in evenings instead of relaxing in a pool

The property was our last stop on a ten day trip in the South. We stayed at 5 different hotels and this property was the best. Clean and well kept with the friendliest staff.

We had a short stay but it was pleasant. Room was cool when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was crowded but good.

We really like the location of the property. Everything was great. Our only complaint is that we stayed 3 nights and did not get new bedding - ever. The housekeeping consisted of new towels supplied after 3 days and that’s all. The ironing board was broken and the iron did not function. Everyone and everything else was great.

I stayed for 2 weeks and whenever I booked my third week.The hotel confirmed, but then told me your breakfast.They simply did not have the room at all which was a lie because I had been in the type of room for 2 weeks... I ended up having to call Expedia and only having an hour to move my things and Jimmy forever to find a new hotel because of the holiday and then when Expedia tried to call the hotel, they wouldn't answer their call, even though they called several times also while I was there, my Car was damaged and I had gas simon and another friend of mine had her personal from her car.... Not to mention some of the management could be extremely rude and judgmental.... Overall, it was nice to have the big sweet room, which was the entire reason.We wanted it to begin with.But that was about the only good thing about this hotel....

Visit was amazing. Zero complaints and a beautiful view from our room. Breakfast was fresh and great for a quick bite. Several restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes from downtown. Will be staying here again.

Pleasant

The breakfast was not very good. Sauage was spicy and eggs were bland. Coffee was good. The set up had lots of sitting options. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast for sure.

Good breakfast food location It was loud booking was hard yalls systems was down so it took a long time to actually get into my room

Was on a 17 hour drive from Wisconsin to South Carolina to move my daughter to school - my kids were a few hours ahead of us and I was worried as they are 18/19 and min check-in is 21 - called ahead and spike with Becky who made sure they were able to get settled in the room and by the time I arrived she had a key ready for me and I was able to sneak in without waking them up - thank you for looking out for the tired kiddos!

Clean room

Clean room, clean lobby and pool. The breakfast was great.

Very great accommodations for the value. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful amenities and close to everything you need.
