The room was awesome. The front desk girls went above and beyond assisting with an Uber. I skipped the breakfast buffet as it was a bit pricey for 1 person, but it looked good. Just the elevator walls, but that's probably due to the construction

The location was perfect. The front desk staff wasn't friendly. There was a mix up with my reservations. I reserved a King bed suite and they gave me a double. After alot of back and forth, we were given the king. However the MOD handled it horribly. The fact that the hotel was going thru renovations definitely didn't help. The make shift bar was ridiculous. We flew in for the Dallas Thursday night game and was extremely disappointed with our stay.

I and a few other guest got Stuck inside the elevator on my very first day, that was a little traumatizing and partially ruined my experience however everything else was fine!! I got stuck in an elevator

Beautiful vintage 60s Hotel- currently being updated. Everything was exceptional. Great shower. Really comfy beds and pillows. Staff was super friendly, place was exceptionally clean.

The facilities were excellent, very clean and staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is great, especially if youre there for Cowboys or Rangers games, a 5 minute drive. We did however have a problem with check in. I had paid for my reservation on booking.com and the hotel charged me again at check in. Working to resolve this.

Location was great. Staff was great. I do wish the trolley was explained a little better, we would have just used Uber and I wish I had know before there was construction. It is an old property!
