Hampton Inn & Suites Asheville Biltmore Village

The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good and available for a longer period of time than I’m used to. It allowed me to sleep longer - much appreciated!

Our stay at the Hampton Inn in Biltmore Village was wonderful. The hotel & our room was exceptionally clean!! The staff were all very helpful suggesting restaurants nearby. The pool & fitness room have been well maintained. We plan on returning next year.

I was visiting the Biltmore and this was very convenient to Asheville and the airport.

Clean, comfortable, good coffee and earl gray tea. Nice, friendly staff. Disappointing I had to buy a bottle of milk from their shop for my tea as I don’t use creamer, but a minor inconvenience. Congested road access.

We were pleasantly greeted and our accommodations were perfect except for one thing. The shower base was very slick. We asked for a walk in shower which we got. My husband is 82, not handicapped, but appreciates a walk in shower. Our bathroom was luxuriously large, our bedding was comfortable. Everyone was polite and helpful. Breakfast was included and very good. It varied each day with eggs, waffles, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, bagels and cream cheese available. There was definitely something for everyone. Coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea and juice was plentiful. We enjoyed our 3 night stay very much, even during Hurricane Isaias.

Staff, breakfast, very nice room, wonderful. I would recommend this place.

Staff at front desk and breakfast staff were amazingly wonderful, courteous, and friendly.

Really good breakfast. We arrived early and the staff checked us in as soon as a room became open. Area outside the hotel was good for walking dogs. Great location close to the Biltmore house and grounds.

Breakfast was good and the hotel was set back off road and safe and not much traffic noise. Stay here when in the area and will do so again. Bed was a little too firm for my liking

Overall this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time. The only thing I’d suggest is not having breakfast area so cold that food temps decreased quickly.

Convenient location that’s minutes away from several attractions. Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay here again when I return to Asheville.
