Homewood Suites by Hilton - Asheville

The amenities in the room and around the hotel were exceptional. The breakfast was the best ever... hotel foods..build your own breakfast taco...vegan and gluten free options were available as well. The low toilets are difficult for us seniors....no quiet out door seating is available.

The breakfast was amazing! We were very surprised with the high quality any varieties of food. Longer pool hours

Good

Overall, we had a positive stay and would choose this hotel again. We would also recommend it to our family and friends. The price and quality were both reasonable and met our expectations. The only area for improvement is breakfast. Rather than offering too many items, the hotel could focus on providing fewer options with better quality.

Superb

The staff refused to provide an invoice even though they are legally required to do so by their contract with Booking.com

Staff was super friendly, high quality facilities and room. Super clean, spacious, modern. Nothing.

Size was nice. Breakfast was better than other hotel "free breakfast" offering. Easy access to downtown and Blue Ridge Hwy AC Unit was really loud. Elevator location was not convenient to rom locations particularly for upper floors

Great breakfast in clean setting

Very good

Exceptional

Location and room The breakfast was cold.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. The unfortunate thing is this property is surrounded by run down motels and homeless people were everywhere. We saw a lot of homeless and run down property in Asheville.

Loved location, cleanliness of hotel and kindness of staff. Everything was great!

The breakfast foods were the standard fare. The taste and quality of the food was fine. However, the temperature of the food was only warm. The temperature of the food and coffee at breakfast.

Very good stay, we don’t normally stay in hotels but this one was good.

one way in and out, Fenced well lit parking area. Breakfast was great

Very nice place. Breakfast was great. Clean room.

Great easy stay. Perfect for a quick stay for our soccer tournament.

The suite was spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness was good, there were corners where it could have used an additional clean in the bathroom for example but overall totally ok!
