Wonderful hotel, within walking distance of great restaurants and shops in Asheville — we would definitely stay again!

I wrote a long review on another Trip site —very complimentary - but every site wants their own response! Excellent stay, great location, comfortable beds with luxurious bedding, small details everywhere to provide an easy stay and a sense of ‘luxury’. NICELY DONE!

My wife and I loved the separate living room so that we could get up and not disturb each other. It also was wonderful for stopping by and taking a break when walking around town. The property is in a great location as well. The only downside was not being able to park out front easily to unload. We made it work, though and would definitely stay again!

Fantastic place!! Beautiful interiors and peaceful oasis in the heart of downtown Asheville. Definitely a keeper!!

the hotel was lovely and very welcoming. the location is right in the center of everything which was very helpful. the staff were friendly and helped with any issues/questions that we had.

Room was clean and decorated very nicely. Good access to everything in the area. Parking arrangements leave a bit to be desired, hotel should consider valet service.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. The location was perfect to walk to some of Asheville’s great restaurants. The suite was spacious and had a kitchen, so we didn’t have to go anywhere for breakfast. The parking was close and free and getting in and out was easy. I can’t think of any place more convenient and pleasant to stay in Asheville!

Excellent, very large rooms, washer/dryer/kitchen separated from bedroom, very friendly and attentive staff, free parking around the corner. Wonderful experience!

This is a historic hotel fully modernized with style and comfort in mind. The staff were so accommodating. The location is fantastic. We look forward to staying again.

Great stay!

The staff were very nice. I liked them. The interior design of the rooms are really something to see. Eclectic in a good way. The parking is a 1 minute walk away and in my case I happened to run into some precarious people.

Everything was perfect! We had special requests and they made sure everything was set up before we arrived. Loved the location and the historic feel of the hotel made for a nice little romantic getaway. Everything was perfect

Huge rooms. Beautiful decor and furnishings. Staff is great and helpful. Great location.

Great downtown location. It was more like an apartment with the full size kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Comfy bed, well furnished kitchen and bathroom. Especially loved having a washer and dryer since we were on a road trip. Loved that they had a fresh bag of coffee for the coffee pot. Very friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed longer! Parking was about a block away but it was free and we could load and unload right by the front door. Parking was definitely not a deal breaker for us.
