Location and parking Rooms were dark with barely any lights to turn on. Bathroom was small. Could not get the bedroom door to latch or lock.

Close to conference location and services

The rooms were private and nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. Parking was cheaper than most other hotels and very easy. The breakfast was just okay. There was a variety of food, but the eggs and sausage were not great compared to other Hampton Inns where I’ve stayed.

We are very disappointed in this room. For what I paid for this room, the quality of it was extremely unacceptable. The bathroom was dirty behind the toilet, the walls, under the counter. The curtain fell out of the window in the middle of the night. Front desk didn’t have anybody that could fix it for another room to move us too. The curtain falling out of the window is a big issue for letting light in and our privacy. We demand either a partial or full refund for this inconvenience and unacceptable room.

Everything was great staff was awesome breakfast was good. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location. Staff were very nice, however the hitel is very dated and our room was not very clean. Trash behind the bed and tv stand. It was quiet both nights we stayed. Breakfast was your typical hitel breakfast.

Not sure where housekeepings audacity came from to speak to a grown man as if he is your 12 year old child. Including several threats both monetary and threats of returning to my room at a later time. She was very fortunate I was not presentable to open the door. As my response of “may I have a moment ma’am” was not suffice to her and she responded “ok so you want another charge to your room, got it”. NO ONE should feel comfortable speaking that way to guests ever. Front desk staff was very kind and polite.

It's just a really great place, right downtown, near my meeting site. Good security is also nice. Breakfast was meh, but I still appreciate it!

I stayed for one night and had a great experience! The room was very clean and comfortable, and they were kind enough to get me checked in earlier than my scheduled check-in time, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. 10/10 — I would definitely stay here again!

My foot was stabbed and got hurt because of tacks and screws sticking out of exposed wood from the carpet . No one would help

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with the service, location, and hotel in general. I think the staff was the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever had at a hotel. Darrius and Tee at the front desk were particularly helpful and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast and location helped us have a wonderful and inexpensive stay. Room was great and comfortable. Thank you!! Would come back to this property without question.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The employees were first rate, even the lady taking care of the breakfast bar. The ONLYnegative was the handicap shower allowed a lot of water on the total bathroom floor. This could be a danger to future handicap guests.

Clean and quiet. Cheapest parking we could find too. Great stay for the price.
