Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Marietta

Paint falling from ceiling. Room numbers had fallen from the walls and were sitting on the floors. Roof leaked while it rained into the main lobby.

Location The room had a musty smell. The air conditioner leaked and made the carpet wet which is probably where the musty smell is coming from

Relaxing spot and stay!

Staff was mostly courteous. My room had only 1/4 roll of toilet paper, and the tissues were near empty. Went downstairs to buy a bottle of water, and was told they had none but planned to restock the next day. Not the best Hilton experience.

Location was good. Checking in after driving for 10 hours, this hotel was under going some kind of renovations. There was a very strong chemical smell in the building and especially in our room. The smell was so strong that we had immediately decided to check out that same night. We were in our room maybe 45 minutes! The smell physically made me, my husband and our daughter light headed and dizzy. I also saw a cockroach in the bathroom. We were so exhausted, gathered our things and decided not to stay there, we ended up filing a complaint about the chemical smell and our discomfort to the staff member behind the desk that late evening, and he didn't seem too concerned. We checked out and we were told to contact the manager the next day. So we ended up driving to Peach Tree, Georgia because there were games going on at the same time, no other hotels were available in the area. It took several days for us to finally get reimbursed, but we did eventually.

Changed my room twice. Door didn’t lock carpets dirty wet stuff in door entrance

Cockroach in the bedroom, light fixture in bathroom missing and exposed wires. Water was shut off to property for several hours during my stay. I had to shower with bottles of water I had to buy. Talked to front desk about it. Very unhelpful. Tried to move to another hotel but everything was sold out.
