Hotel Granada, a Member of Design Hotels

Our room was smaller than I thought but was cozy nonetheless. Aesthetic of the hotel was really cool too. Be warned though, there is absolutely no mention of the speak easy in the basement that runs from 10pm-1am on the hotels.com listing. Wouldn’t have came here if I had known. our room was on the bottom floor and you could hear the bass coming through the floor. The closer you get to the front desk the louder the music got. Came to relax, not be disturbed by music.

Nice sized room (Granada King), great outdoor courtyard: spent an afternoon and each night out there. Great staff members

The Hotel is beautiful and has a LOT of potential but the service was subpar. I am not sure if they are under new management or has an all new staff but no one knew what was going on there. Well kept, beautiful location in a fantastic part of town but service needs to be at that level. 1.Our visit was thur - sunday for my birthday weekend. Our room only had 1 bathrobe and we spoke to the 2 nice ladies at the front desk at 7am on friday morning requesting a second robe since there are 2 of us and to get the room serviced - got back at 6pm and no-one ever went in the room. 2.Since it was my birthday, my girlfriend emailed the hotel requesting to set something special and never got a reply or any type of answer. 3. the cafe hours are not accurate either, sign says 7am and it was past 8am with the closed sign still up. 4. Went down to the speakeasy for a drink and dessert as they were opening, the bartender comes and asks what we will like, they did not have what I asked off the menu and she just walked away as if the conversation was over and we would not like to order anything else. So we go upstairs and order 1 dessert to go, there are 6 people in the bar, the kitchen had 4 orders of desserts in and the chef kept coming out, more than twice asking the 2 young ladies if that was accurate. The place is really cool and pretty but I really recommend y'all get it together. The place and people are too nice for it to be so disorganized.

The rooms were quite roomy. The bed was very comfy. There is a bar in the basement that was very cool. We weren't there long enough to really explore everything but it was a nice hotel.

There were several bugs in the bed and in the room. I think they were bedbugs

Nice hotel, rooms were small but clean. Staff members were friendly and helpful. One block from Marta station which was extremely convenient. Was travelling for work room didn't really have a desk or table to work on but otherwise pleasant stay.

Great weekend stay. Will be back

I’m not sure what it was about this hotel as the intended feel was supposed to be hip, trendy, and boutique-y. Somehow it missed the mark. The furnishings were cool, the bathroom had amazing tile and toiletries, and the overall vibe should have been great. But our first room was so musty and mildew-smelling that we had to switch. The second was better but still felt damp. The oddest issue was a permeating smell throughout. It was as if someone was constantly cooking eggs in the kitchen and it hit you as soon as you walked into in hallway and lobby. So damp, musty rooms combined with the weird smell left us unimpressed. I truly wanted to love this place as it is convenient to so much in ATL. But I just couldn’t do it. I hope they can fix the ventilation or whatever the issue is as the old building is really very cool.

Nothing. They cancelled my reservation 3 days before my arrival, claiming there was "no acommodation available", even though I had booked with them 6 MONTHS in advance! I had to pay 2X to find a similar place on such short notice. And the worst part? The offered no explanation/apology at all. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The place has good character. Courtyard is great during nice weather. There is no free parking, so factor that into your budget. Parking in the garage was $22/day.

This is our 4th time staying at Hotel Granada in the last two months, and once again, we’ve had such a wonderful experience! From the very beginning, the valets have been an absolute delight every single time we’ve visited. Especially the one working last night, September 25th—he was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk staff have always been helpful and accommodating. The inside of the hotel has such an old-school Cuban feel that gives it so much character and charm. ❤️ The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous and such a beautiful place to relax. The rooms are a great size, and the bathrooms are just as nice. The showerhead is amazing—the water pressure is perfect, and the water gets good and HOT! 🙌 And the bed… probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in! The mattress is incredibly comfortable, the pillows are soft and fluffy, and the comforter is cozy without being too heavy. It really feels like they’ve thought of the little things that make a stay comfortable. We absolutely love staying here and will definitely continue coming back! ❤️

I loved this hotel and will happily stay here again. The staff were so friendly and the vibes were so unique. The beds were comfortable and the soap smelled great. Very safe and clean.

Great location, so close to the Marta and very walkable to midtown. Room was really nice and the courtyard was nice to hang out in. Also

All the staff including the valet were excellent and friendly! I loved the design of the interior as well. Will stay again!

The courtyard was very nice to have. We would have slow mornings drinking our coffee outside while reading.

Booked a room months ago. When we arrived at 11pm from an 8 hour drive, we were told they didn't have a room available and the one they did hqve for us was dirty and there was no one there to clean it. The lady at the desk was very brash and although she apologized, she made us feel that it was our problem. We had doordashed food to eat when we got there and it was sitting there but we couldn't eat it. She was condescending in apologies. Tired and not in the mood, I scrambled to find another hotel. I highly recommend the Embassy Suites about a mile down the road. I will say the anesthetic of the hotel was nice. Too bad the staff wasnt.
