The staff was so friendly and nice. Wow is the best way to describe it.

I was very unhappy that my sheets on both beds were not fresh one set of sheets at hair in the bed. The other bed had lipstick on the pillowcases as well as the sheets television wasn’t working, call and ask for someone to come look at it no one never came and looked at it or addressed any of my concerns

The room was very small, the location was far from the main attraction. Bed was very uncomfortable. nothing really

Their staff was really nice. Ms. Nuri at front desk was super helpful.

On the website, parking was listed as $20, in fact it was $25 per night. Beds are high for seniors with hip or knee issues, may need a step stool. Bathroom had no exhaust fan, no bathmat for added traction in shower. Extra grab bar would be helpful on wall of tub. Never got our requested wake up call the first night of our stay. Breakfast was not too good. Eggs were cooked in too much oil/grease. A variety of fresh fruit and/or protein bars available to guests would be welcome upon arrival.

Not much if hungry, only certain times and snacks at a high price at a little spot. Looks like some updates can be made. Rooms clean and very nice, staff amazing, again biggest disappointment was paying for parking- where are you supposed to park when you drive to a location.

Problem no hot water , no self service for breakfast , not a secure parking lot and garbage was thrown on my jeep Location - some homeless and drug dealers

Booked this hotel for our anniversary. We had a busy weekend all planned and were hardly ever at the hotel. Saturday afternoon, we arrived back at our room around three thirty and planned to get a rest before dinner around six. We placed the do not disturb sign on the door and put the night lock on. An hour later, we woke up to banging on the door and yelling from a gentleman on the other side of the door. He had access to our place, but could not get in because of the night lock. He was opening and closing it. We thought the place was on fire. When I opened the door with the lock still on, he was pushing the door saying he was here to clean our rugs. I said “ what?”. We don’t need our rugs cleaned right now. Later, when leaving for dinner- we went down and told the front desk. They said “Oh, are you in 1414?” “Sorry about that - we sent them to the wrong room”. Incredible! Refrigerator froze everything. We figured we would leave some things in our small cooler and put ice on top. The ice machine in the floor did not work. Wasn’t even plugged in! Not worth the money. Will pay extra to stay in the Ocean next time.

I liked the room maybe AC more in the hallways and more pillows in the room. Needed to be closer to the beach and felt Unsafe to walk in the neighborhood at night

It's not justified that you have to pay $25 per day for parking. Marriott is not responsible for any damage or stolen property. Comment if you agree!

Checkin was a disaster. After waiting until 4:30, along with others waiting in the lobby, we were finally given a room. After lugging our luggage up we found the room to be dirty and not cleaned. Back down to the desk with our luggage. Mike at the front desk was working as hard as he could for the growing group of customers waiting for a room. He assigned us a different room that had been cleaned. Other than checkin the stay was the usual fine service we expect and receive.

Location close to the boardwalk Outdated; TV was small, possibly 40”; beds were full instead of queen

Wait time to check in is a night mare, no "FREE" continental breakfast. Will never come back and the reps are very slow at checking you in. Parking is not $20 it's $25. Thee worse.
