MGM Tower at Borgata

Exceptional

gorgeous room with amazing view

The bathroom sink was clogged, there were gnats in the restaurant and sometimes near the pastries. There’s a $10 fee each time you leave the hotel (using the garage parking lot). The hotel room was nice and modern and there was a nice view from the window.

Very good

The room was beautiful clean and spacious. I could see the outdoor pool from my room. However, I do not like the hours of the pool

I would have loved if I was actually able to use the pool and it would have been great if I was treated as fairly and with respect like those individuals who are not disabled. The manner in which I was treated and spoken to were absolutely appalling. Even the the supervisor of Valet, Ricardo, had no empathy, no respect, and no manners. He clearly needs to take a refresher course in regards to the treatment of the disabled. I must say, I do not think I will EVER go back to the MGM Towers. This was a huge disappointment and an even bigger waste of money

The overall stay was nice, very comfy bed. However, AC did not work well at all and the fact the indoor pool closed at 6 was a big fail.

Clean room

They charged resort fee. Which I had already paid in reservation. The food was terrible. This place gone bad. Dirty everything. Is not Las Vegas for sure.

Everything super nice, the staff very attentive, I all enjoyed my stay very much and I would come back many more times

Food at B Prime could have been better. Expected better fillet. It was just ok. Sides were not impressive. Truffled mac and cheese inedible. I guess I don't like Truffles.

The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked with towels.. the bath was laid out well with privacy for the Toilet area aside the shower !

Great stay. I appreciated that the MGM is quiet, but you’re not far from all of the action at the Borgata when you want it. I was originally concerned that the location wouldn’t work because I wanted access to the beach, but the ride to the Boardwalk was not long at all.
