They didn’t restock anything! No Kleenex, no coffee to maje on token.. Maid came into clean don’t even make the bed??

Good price, good location, fairly easy check-in, beds were comfortable, and overall, I would probably stay there again if I came to Auburn, NY. The one staff member we encountered at checkout was friendly and helpful. I’m not used to zero human contact for check-in; the little coffee machine in the room lacked sugar or creamer but it was available downstairs; very few electrical outlets and no electronics outlets. Last thing: The washcloths were hilariously inadequate, not durable enough to wash skin without rolling up like crepe paper.

The bad experience started at the check-in: they were so cheap that they didn't even have a live person at the front desk. A screen with a remote employee checked me in. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. There was insufficient bedding: I had no blankets in the room, and when I called to request one I was told they don't have any staff to bring me one. Can't honestly recommend this property...

Hard to find coming in on NY Route 5, stayed three days and there was no room service, one working ice machine, very little staff time at front desk. Wouldn't recommend it to family or friends.

There's no one on the property for maintenance... I had to go buy my own plumber as the kiosk was down and no one at the property... that wasn't the only thing a the room wasn't cleaned and there was dirt and dust... the halls smelled of cigarettes and Marijuana... the wallpaper was ripped off and looked like the projects instead of a hotel... I will not be staying here again

I liked the safe feeling I had staying here and it was a first time to checkin with a remote Kiosk, which was unique and a bit strange at the same time. Once inside it took awhile to get used to feeling like I was the only one there. :) At first the Kiosk checkin wasn't obvious to me. I tried to open the door which was locked and heard someone to my right so when I turned I saw a screen with the operator welcoming me. All the steps were fairly simple but at first I just thought it was an ATM so I went direct to open the door.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Appreciate coffee in room microwave and blow dryer. Quiet. Nice staff

The room itself was spacious, with a partition between the seating area and the bed. Dunkin' Donuts was less than a block away for breakfast. The mattress was getting a little tired and the bed itself was smaller than billed (double, not a queen). The facility is obviously a spot for locals on the edge to stay, and seemingly every one of them smoked outside of the building. No breakfast was offered.

Close to everything we needed. Town of Auburn was lovely A little run down, but clean. Staff very friendly.

Location and price! The pillows were very flat and one per person is just not enough. Also the size of the rooms are very small
