Bed was to hard , they were renovating, so that made it kind of messy. Room could have been cleaned better.

I liked how friendly the front desk assistant was & how clean the room was. There wasnt anything I didnt like.

Clean rooms

The staff was very concern and accommodating to my concerns. I was very concerned about the ventilation from the ac unit. When the air came on there was an old moldy smell. I had to put an air freshener in from of the vent so when it blew, I'd smell the fresh scent rather than old vent smell. It seems as if the filter needed to be changed.

What ever they use to clean the floor in the hotel rooms leaves a thick layer of oil/slime all over the floors. The smell is not good either.

Art was great!!

Overpowering (migraine/asthma inducing) artificial fragrance in the room and someone else’s hair on the towels. I went to the breakfast area well before it was open to take a peek at the options from a distance, not touching anything and was rudely told by the man from the front desk that breakfast doesn’t start until 7. That was obvious since the lights were off. The lady setting up breakfast was friendly.

The staff was absolutely amazing at this hotel. The front desk clerk Tiara is so outgoing and friendly and engaging. She made our stay worth it. Not to mention the incredibly hard-working lady that puts the continental breakfast together every morning, who is also incredibly friendly and a sweetheart. The rooms are extremely clean and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody if we ever find ourselves in Augusta again we would definitely go back.

I loved the pool & how clean the rooms were ..the breakfast was amazing The construction in the lobby can’t really help that much but other then that everything is 10/10

Disappointing

Horrible stay. The tv didn't work. No one on site to fix it. the light above the tv stayed on all night.

Location, clenliness & comfortable beds. Elevator was very slow.
