West Bank Inn

No complaints

The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location The coffee maker in the room didn't work

good value and clean. No breakfast.

Good value for the price paid. No coffee in the lobby or in the room, but next door to McDonald's. Clean room, good shower, sink separate from the bathroom, well lit. Would stay again.

Everything was great. However, there could be more towels provided

Convenient location Cigarette holes in comforter, stains on sheets, not cleaned sink, room smelled, one lamp would not turn on.

Clean, professional

Exceptional

Friendly & courteous night clerk, parking lot only had two other cars besides mine. Very quiet atmosphere. My room was ground level, the room was nicely decorated & smelled clean...no musty odor. The bed was excellent & the pillows were to die for. Plenty of towels in bathroom but I wanted a tub bath & there wasn't a way to retain water to fill tub. The shower did have nice pressure from a square sunflower shower head. I had no difficulty operating the TV...I would definitely stay there again & I HIGHLY recommend it to other travelers. When I left the next morning, I drove around the building to exit onto road & was pleasantly surprised the parking lot was near full onthat side of the premises...it was so quiet I believed it was nearly empty.. Even with the hurricane looming in the gulf...

Superb

Very good

Very clean room. Not the best area in town.

Great value. Nice room for the money. Very clean! Great location. A little noisy toward the front of the Inn because of Washington Rd and I20. I have stayed there on every trip to Augusta for the past decade.

The staff were nice People knocking on the door at 1:30 am

Great place. Home away from home.

Always a good stay at this hotel

因为价格便宜，所以住宿就算可以了。洗澡的水很好。

Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and fresh. The ac worked well. 😊

I would stay again it was very nice

One of the better budget motels
