    I had no warm water for a shower. I went down on three separate occasions to ask for a resolve/different room or at least a discount and was told that they would take care of it and nothing happened.

    Breakfast was ok, coffee and waffles were great. Location was great for the people we were meeting up with. Maybe some good scrambled eggs, would make a good breakfast.

    Friendly staff good size room clean and comfortable good breakfast Due to not having Google maps on my phone I use my Tom Tom & the address was not correct so it took a lot of time to find & it was rush hour but anyway this doesn't reflect on the hotel just my satnav?? Once there it was all good
