They charge for parking

Exceptional

Clean Traffic noise all night. A fifteen dollar parking charge that was not mentioned when I made the reservation. No breakfast included
-
Night manager was helpful and friendly. He did an excellent job. The additional overnight parking fee is ridiculous! If this fee continues, I will look for another hotel without this additional charge.

Passable

They charge for parking. Third party venders are wrong about free parking

Location was close to airport Room was hot and didn’t seem to ever cool off, pillows were flat and bed was uncomfortable. Don’t understand why we had to pay $15.00 a day for parking… no it was not valet… so I don’t understand the cost. Airport transportation was a plus.

Our room was clean and we were happy with our down stairs room in the corner. We had everything we needed from lotions to shampoo and makeup remover. We loved the fridge and the kitchenette. The ac was noisy sometimes. We were forgiven the parking fee we weren’t aware of. We were not fond of $20 breakfast.

I loved that it was quiet, clean and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and crisp. The commode wobbled when sitting on it and the hot water could have been hotter. And they could also use something in the tub to reduce slipping, and they could use chargers on both sides of the bed. But these are all minor issues

Very good

Much quieter room this time on the back side of the building.

The room was spacious. The kitchen appliances were really good. - Air conditioning was not working. They switched me to another room. - The dishwasher stopped working after a day - They won’t provide room service without charging you - There were hidden cost and additional charges. - The reception has board displaying prices for the breakfast buffet. both the prices and the timing is incorrect. I was supposed to be charged $20 but I was charged $50 after reaching the holiday-inn breakfast room. - The reception has a info display says overnight parking is $15 however they still charged $15 on the day I was leaving and I wasn’t supposed to stay over night. - Unnecessary hold up of $50 is required multiple times because I had to extend my stay - Their system does not accept Apple Pay in 2026 - found cockroaches in my room, took a picture and showed it to the front desk Even then, they did not give me any compensation as a goodwill gesture, and kept on giving me poor Service Although I like the space and the amenities provided within the room, but I will never choose to stay here again purely because of the miscommunication the hidden cost the rip off.

The room price was appropriate for my needs. I had an early morning flight and I needed a comfortable place to lay my head at an affordable price. The lobby, particularly behind the front desk was cluttered with boxes of paper, folders, and the like. It's not a professional look. Also, my assigned room was not usable. The dishwasher was mostly pulled away from the cabinet, bundles of laundry were in the room and the beds were stripped down. The front desk reassigned me to a new room but it's an indication of poor communication between staff.

I bought three small bottles of water and when I checked out my receipt at checkout showed they charged me $10 a bottle for 1L bottles of water. $30 for 3 small bottles of water. I saw the liter waters but for the reason of them being $10 each is exactly why I chose the small bottles.
