Hotel ZaZa Austin

This was one of best hotels we have stayed in on this trip Everything was great. good size room, friendly and helpful staff, from checkin to housekeeping and restaurant..:but the bell men/drivers we the best. They even have a car service that will drop you off and pick you up within 3 mile of the property….that was a great service Zaza in texas is the place to stay

Fire alarm (false) went out 2 times early in the morning forcing up to walk 13 floors down the stairs, 2 times in 1 hour! The staff couldn’t tell why the alarm kept going off. We ended up checking out early and in a rush just so that we don’t have to deal with the craziness

Very well maintained property in convenient part of town. Clean spacious rooms with nice amenities. Pretty pool and cabana bar. Good vibe.

Star was amazing and friendly; hotel smelled wonderful and ver clean. My room was huge. The offer a three mile shuttle to/from. I would stay again.

The staff at Hotel ZaZa made our stay absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the valet service was lightning-fast and welcoming. Huge shoutout to the amazing employees at Group Therapy—the restaurant service was top-notch and made our dining experience truly memorable. Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. We will definitely be back!

The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. The property is ideally located. The local car service is very convenient. The “goodies” available everyday from the coffee service, to cookies, to beverages were amazing. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. And it will get even better with the new restaurant and cocktail lounge. Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay at Hotel ZaZa Austin I recently stayed at Hotel ZaZa Austin for three nights while attending a conference, and overall, I had a very enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay at the property again and would recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale hotel in Austin. The ground level of the property was still undergoing construction during my stay, which was unfortunate. However, it did not taint my overall impression of the hotel. The 7th-floor restaurant and bar were lovely, and the pool area was also a great feature. My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and included a larger-than-expected bathroom, which made the stay especially comfortable. One of the things that stood out most was the level of service. The front-desk staff greeted you both when arriving and leaving the property, which created a welcoming feeling and gave the impression that they genuinely cared about their guests. The concierge team stationed outside the front entrance was outstanding as well. I also took advantage of the hotel's car service twice for quick drop-offs. This was extremely convenient, particularly in the hot Austin weather, and was a nice added touch to the overall experience. Rating: 8.5/10 I would easily give the property a 10/10 once the ground-floor renovations are complete. Despite the construction, the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, beautiful amenities, and convenient location made this a very enjoyable stay. I look forward to return

Nice hotel in a great, walkable location. Nothing special but nice.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The property is currently undergoing renovations, but the work did not significantly affect the quality of our stay. The location is excellent, especially if you plan to explore downtown or enjoy the restaurants and nightlife on Fourth Street. The pool is on the smaller side, but the water is refreshingly cool, and the pool staff is fantastic.
