The TVs and WiFi didn’t work the whole visit

The Tv didn’t work and it was very loud outside even for it to be during the week.

Its good only if you can get it cheap. I gave the 2 stars for aBar of soap, Spanish tv, and some towels. By highway and Dennys a plus but room is bare basically . I give tge 5star only for the bed which was very comfortable In Christ, Mary

Passable

It was a place to sleep before my 5 hour trip the next day. The TV did not work, the Wifi did not work, the pool was completely drained and looked terrible, the property had vagrants everywhere and the bedding was dirty and the staff did nothing about it. The room was NOT worth the price we paid and I will never return to this location. Nothing was stated in the booking that there would be no TV or Wifi we were not told until we reached the hotel for check in.

It was cool. The balcony.

The room was infested with roaches, there was a sign on the door like it had recently been replaced. A hole in the wall where the door handle would have hit it. There were people in and out of rooms at all hours of the night walking from the street. It smelled of weed outside and cigarettes inside the rooms. The tub didn’t drain, it was also clogged.

This was the worse hotel experience I have ever had in my life! The pictures on here are nothing like what I seen with my own two eyes! The front desk guy warned me at check in the tv wasn’t working I was like ehh okay. I got the room anyway! As soon as I walked in the room I was instantly disgusted there was dried up dead roach killings on the wall the tub needs to be replaced floor needs mopping. So I cleaned up the best I could myself. Then I started seeing the roaches myself and im not talking 1,2, or 3 im talking about roach infestation they were coming out of everywhere. I called the front desk the night gentlemen told me there was not anymore rooms I think he was lying anyway. So I slept in my car for the night and as soon as morning came I contacted Hotel.com and requested my money back for the rest of my stay I was very disappointed because I was on a mini vacation that got cut early I just decided to come home.

Clean laundry plus tissue when ever
-
Not worth it to spend money to stay there. Staff is rude and the neighborhood is infested with drug dealers and homeless people.

Clean room

It was perfect for our needs. The ice machine did work. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. We were in a bottom room, which I asked for, but the noise from above and the talking from outside was quite evident. Our room's bench needs to be reupholstered. There were a few flies in our room.

not bad. ok for 1-2 nights stay
-
Room was very clean and housekeeping is daily (no "do not disturb" sign available though). Door could lock but still gave/wiggled once closed, which wasn’t super reassuring given the neighborhood. No shampoo provided, towels were thin but replaced every day. Super quiet for two out of 3 nights but some guests listened to loud TV/music one night until very late. No vending machine, no fridge in the room - and the photos of the rooms on Hotels.com did not match the room we had at all. Mattresses were sliding on the base, which was annoying. Reception staff was very helpful. There are a lot of street folks hanging out in the parking lot and nearby, and they will try to engage with you/follow you if you’re trying to go to the 7/11 nearby or the stores across the street - so be aware and vigilant. Not a hotel for families with young children for sure, but a solid place to stay if you are budget oriented and just plan on sleeping there while enjoying all Austin has to offer.
