Great location to walk around and feel safe. Awesome brunch.

Location is great, staff and bar is excellent. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms are very loud. It makes it difficult to sleep. There are staff elevators that run all night and are so loud it’s like a train going by and it even vibrates the actual bed.

I had various charges on my account for things I did not request and when I attempted to call for an explanation the front desk hung up the phone after stating I would be transferred.

Location was excellent. We were able to walk to all our activities & restaurants. I missed a drawer to put some of my clothing items. I did use the hangers in closet but I lived out of my suitcase for some things.

Rooms are so nice and comfortable. Great restaurant on site, excellent breakfast Have stayed here several times and never find the staff to be very nice. This is also the case for the restaurant staff.

All in - great place to stay. Location was perfect t for walking around town. Hotel was clean and more modern amenities. We felt a little mislead though regarding the rooftop bar. I thought we’d have access to it based on how the hotel was sold in Expedia; however, upon arrival we were told that it was exclusively for renters. So, that was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, hotel was great.
