Staff was very friendly and helpful Every door was broke, you had to walk around the entire building almost to get in or out. Too far from inner harbor

Location My room was not clean, it had hair all on the bathroom floor and shower. There was no hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands. There was food on the carpet that I kept stepping on. I asked housekeeping twice for a clean up and no one came over two days. My neighbors in the adjacent room were loud, drunk and falling over things til 3 in the morning and started back up at 6a, called front desk as well- no resolve. It was horrible that I paid that much and couldn’t enjoy my stay.

I stayed at this hotel for a conference and was very satisfied with my room and the lobby amenities.

Beautiful hotel in a great location! It was a perfect overnight to see the Ravens play the next day. Front desk woman Cincere was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything we didn't like.

2 people running the counter for check ins. Used Tissue paper left in my bathroom. Shower had hair on the walls. Charging outlets not functional.

The only thing we did not like, is there is no Valet. You have to park in the garage but there was easy access to the lobby. Also our neighbors were slamming doors at 12am and all throughout the morning, i guess they had kids but 12am is rude to be slamming doors. Everything else was perfect. Thanks.

The location was great for travelers attending baseball or football games. The front desk staff was very helpful. Shout out to Zahra! She was wonderful! I never get housekeeping services, and when i asked for supplies they were very helpful to provide. The breakfast was good, the omelets were huge! Enjoyed watching the baseball games from the terrace. Loved how the gym and pool also ovgerlooked the baseball field!

Close to the ballpark. My son and I went to the park for 3 days in a row and could walk to the inner harbor. I thought the cost of park was way too high. but all cities are. If this expense was included in the price of the room upon check in it would have been better.

I paid for the PV Suite at $700 per night. When I arrived early, of course the room wasn’t ready. Understandable. I was told I would be texted when it was ready. Text never came. I came back at 4 to check in. The room was not what I expected. The room has wood furniture that had several marks and stains. The bathrooms looked like any other bathroom with just a tub. Nothing luxury at that price other than the beautiful view of Camden Yards. The view saved this experience but I can only be on the balcony for so long. This is far from luxury, It had a little fridge on the floor under a desk when you first walk in, There’s a dining room table and chairs but no microwave (or I never found it). Then upon leaving, the parking attendant was completely rude. I travel all the time but will pass on this one next time. We didn’t get the “warm welcome” experience that I ended up going across the street to another hotel for dinner and left the room after the game. I didn’t even stay over night. What a waste.
