This hotel is either new or recently remodeled. My room was comfortably and tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. Check-in was super quick and easy (which it should have been, because I had prepaid and checked in online). Parking was convenient, as was the hotel’s location. There are numerous options for eating, drinking and shopping nearby.

Quality of toilet paper needs to be improved. At one point there were four parties waiting to check in with no staff member behind the counter to begin checking us in.

Other than having other guests pounding on the floor above us, the hotel was excellent. Not much that the hotel can do about that other than to advise those guests to be quiet, There were a lot of people staying there, so we didn't do the free breakfast like we normally would have. Will stay here again despite the noise.

The unit is new in the last year. Well maintained and the breakfast was an actual full breakfast. Coffee was the best I have had. We will stay there whenever we are traveling to Chicago or any chance we are near.

Room was clean. Great water pressure in shower and best 3 way shower head I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Great hot breakfast.

Nice place. Quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was decent - about average. Easy parking. No freezer in the fridge. Caulk repair on shower floor was sloppy.

We stayed here because we needed a place to stay on our way to another destination so we didn't have to drive more than twenty hours. We also took the opportunity to visit the USAF museum which is incredibly close to the property. It's well worth the visit and the kids loved it, as evidenced by the fact that we spent three hours touring the various hangars and exhibits. The staff was friendly and provided linens for the pullout sofa. Breakfast was good and was typical of what we've been seeing at Holiday Inn properties recently: great cinnamon rolls, good coffee, varied breakfast items to suit anyone's tastes. The property seemed either new or newly renovated and had a lobby that was very similar to another Holiday Inn we stayed at in San Antonio earlier this year. We like the design and the updated breakfast items. We would definitely recommend this property for a visit to Dayton. No complaints.

Breakfast was OK, quantity was good, quality was fair Quality of breakfast food. Overall everything was very good.

Bathroom sink was slow draining, the k light over my bed didn’t work and the breakfast was not good.

Entire experience at this property was great. Staff, cleanliness, condition of property and food was excellent. Nothing because I had an excellent experience
