Heater did not work and the Curtains were torn. Front desk said they would address the heater but the Curtains were to be renovated.

Sent direct feedback to Hilton. Issue was I was assigned room 236. Without knowing or being told, this room shared a wall with the hotel kitchen on the main floor. This meant both mornings I was awaken by the hotel staff very abruptly around 530am. In addition to noise, there was also frequent vibration from doors and cupboards that couldn’t be mitigated. While the morning manager was sympathetic, she did not provide an alternative or additional service for the inconvenience. The hotel itself was satisfactory, this is merely a rare but significant intolerance. Thanks.
