Quality Inn & Suites Bell Gardens - Los Angeles

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Fatima and Letty, were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of selections, and coffee was available 24 hours a day. The breakfast servers were also outstanding and very accommodating. Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but they deserve recognition for their excellent service. There was plenty of parking, and the room and bathroom were clean and appeared upgraded. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great. The only downside was the old, dirty, and heavily stained carpet in the first-floor hallways and on the stairs, which definitely needs replacing. Otherwise, I would give this hotel a five-star rating! I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

The gym was closed the three days we were there. The breakfast there was no coffee and they served cold cereal. The carpet in the hallway was filthy.

My room was clean but the hallway were disgusting. Smelly. Dirty. Tape was used to keep down the carpet 😠. Nailed in pieces of wood were done to complete a frame. I would never return. Never recommend. I heard someone walking by me that he saw roaches 😲

Great location! Lots of stores & restaurants nearby. Security was on point. Friendly staff. Housekeeping. Breakfast was the usual simple breakfast, cereal, eggs, sausage patties, waffles, yogurt, juice, coffee. Rooms were clean and didnt have carpet but the hallways had carpet and were dirty. Stairway smelled like urine. The office has a sign saying renovations in process looks like only the rooms were renovated. Housekeeping badgered a little bit. Cereal was stale.

Inside the room was 10/10 very clean bed very comfortable staff was a 10/10 the free breakfast was 10/10 the location was perfect shopping and restaurants the only bad thing I can say the carpet in the hallways needed updated and clean if in California again I will stay again

The carpet on all the floors, needs to be replaced. It looks very dirty and damaged. The Exterior of the Hotel needs to be cleaned; The parking they shared with the restaurant it’s next to. If you go out and you go back at the hotel after midnight is hard to find parking because its full.

Good service, clean rooms, good complementary breakfast, they are doing upgrades, carpet in the hallways is very old and stained but rooms have wooden floors. My only issue was the carpet but rooms are all been renovated. I recommend it if you are on a budget.

Staff was very sweet and polite. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the area it was very calm.

The employees were very nice. The room was very basic but I did not have a lot of expectations. It was nicer than I thought it would be. Slept great. The carpeting is absolutely disgusting. I truly believe it was the original carpet installed when it was built. The areas mainly walked on are black. Other areas are dirty but not as bad. If they replaced the hallways, they would be worth the money they charge.

Mixed experience—newly renovated room but poor attention to detail Spent 2 nights here. Our room seemed newly renovated, but it wasn't thought through very well. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet bowl, and the shower door would not close at all. We used the stairs going to the breakfast room since it was close to our room, but the carpet there was really dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. On the positive side, they serve a continental breakfast which was super helpful before starting our day.
