Staff made room switch when TV and microwave quit working. Room was upgrade Elevator

In the website pictures they showed the indoor pool, but it was closed, and my daughter and I were disappoined.

We had a wonderful experience. Breakfast was excellent. The fellow on the front desk was amazing.

This place was hit and miss. Example: in room coffee maker was standard, but only keurig cups were provided. The lobby coffee however was top notch. The rooms were clean and beds well made, but interior was aged and worn with rips in the curtains. In all interactions, staff was phenomenal and engaged and welcoming. Bottom line, I think it was a bit pricey for what was offered, but it was clean, and the staff was great. If no other option was available, I would stay here again.

It had modern look in foyer and hallways. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, great value. The pool and fitness room was out of use the whole two night / 3 days ( it was being painted) and that’s why I booked that hotel for my kids to have something fun today between errands . Guests should be told beforehand if change to facilities advertised. Room needed more lighting. It felt too dark with not enough light in bathroom or room.

The room was clean but in quite a state of disrepair. Light was falling out of the ceiling, boards rotting away around shower. Not one picture on the walls. A whole page of instructions to get the TV on. Poor set up of solid glass shower wall that entry is around toilet. Not one towel bar in bathroom. Hooks on back of door. The breakfast was very minimal at best. Very disappointed for the price!

I would like a refund. Will contest this with my credit card. Filthy hotel, took pictures. Could not stay there. Drove all the way back to Seattle. Was helping my daughter move into an apartment so wasted time having to drive back home. No pool or hot tune functioning. Everything

It was clean and comfortable. We went there specifically because they had an indoor pool as well as hot tub and sauna. But after we checked in, we were told that the hot tub was broken and that the sauna had been closed for a long time that was extremely disappointing.

Friendly staff. The pool and exercise room were "temporarily" closed. I was there 4 nights and it didn't look like there was any effort to open. The breakfast was limited and the front receptionist was also responsible for the breakfast area so if you needed anything you had to go and ask for help/ The moldings in the bathroom had water damage and in places not even there, Cleaning services would be done upon request after 3 nights. I probably will not stay there again.

The breakfast was fabulous. The staff were friendly and attentive. It was quiet all night which we liked. The beds were AWFUL, so uncomfortable. The A/C was either too cold or not cold enough. The coffee pot did not work at all.

Price only Beds, smells, no ice in the machine, card door didn't work for the pool door, hot tub didn't work

Though the rooms look clean, are smelly and all the materials are very old. The drainage system in the shower room is not drainable.

Old facility, the rooms are weathered and old but not as bad as the Super 8 up the freeway from here. I got reassigned to another room after a giant spider was unable to be caught in my first room. The curtains in both rooms were in bad states. The bathroom was decent - mirror and showers have been updated. It feels old and musty overall and should not be priced more than $100/night imo.

Clear and obvious flood damage on our main level room.

The pool was only open each evening from 7 PM to 10 PM. With those hours I never had the chance to use the pool Hot Tub was Out of Order.

The staff was very helpful! We’ve never complained before because that’s just not us… However, our first room had such an awful smell. Even my husband, who can’t smell anything, was being bothered by it.! I had trouble sleeping, which can happen, and all I could do was lay there and be driven crazy by the smell. So noon the second day we said something. Dwayne said he’d see what he could do to give him 30 mins .. in 15 he came and we moved rooms. The breakfast was decent. Only the stinky first room.
