WoodSpring Suites Allentown Bethlehem

Absolutely nothing. This is NOT a Hotel. It is extended stay accommodation for contractors working in the area. WoodSpring Suites should be removed from the Booking.com website. It is so bad, that after paying for two nights, we left after the first night. They offer nothing too like. Not even coffee for travelers. In my opinion, not even on a par with an Army barracks. . I have a photo of an outside security door bent out of shape, and held open with a rock. I'm not sure how to go about attaching.the photo.

What a persons nightmare. Pretty sure this was an apartment bldg turned hotel. In all my travels worst EVER! It’s so dirty and nasty you can’t sleep here. No blankets, nasty bathrooms and refrigerators just everything is scary awful

Staff was great, hotel and rooms were clean.

Stay away from this property until they get their act clean..

Roaches smell like roach spray Roaches

Good tv channels. That's about it. The hotel has lots of roaches. My poor kid woke up the one day we stayed overnight with roaches on her bed. There's no soundproofing. You can hear everything! I mean from conversations on the front desk, the halls, the elevator coming and going, doors opening and closing. Oh that's not even mentioning the water bubbles on the ceiling right in front of the beds. When I tried to explain the issues I was met with indifference and I asked if I was checking out. A few hours later, I did after booking my stay at another hotel in the area.

I booked this hotel but had to leave and stay somewhere else. The room smelled strongly of roach spray, I saw a roach, and the floor was sticky. I did not feel comfortable staying there. This was a very disappointing experience, especially after paying for a room I couldn’t use

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Do NOT stay here. I don’t care how much other hotels cost. It’s worth it. I drove 7+ hours, made it to check in around 1:30am. Paid for the room and when we went in, immediately started to change to go to sleep. I flicked on the bathroom light and there was a huge roach on the outside of the bathtub. I immediately shoved everything back into my bags and went back downstairs. Didn’t have a back up hotel— didn’t care. Would’ve slept in my car instead. Awful. Drove 15 minutes to a nearby Holiday Inn and will always stay with Holiday Inn from now on.

The parking lot It was filthy and the gentleman that appeared to be the manager was not helpful or friendly. I was actually in the process of extending my stay another night when the manager started being a jerk for no reason

Nothing Dirty toilet, dirty pillows and Rust on refrigerator.

It was horrible . Everything was bad: location , the inside , the services , it was full of bugs , the bath tub a mess . Had to spend a night because we got there late for a tournament and didn’t have an alternative for the night but didn’t even dare to take a shower because it was full of bugs . I use booking.com a lot and never happened this before. Not all properties are what they advertise but never stayed in a place infested .

I loved everything that this hotel has to offer !! The only downside was some guests has their dogs running through the hotel and the outside area without a leash on and some of these dogs were enormous and vicious and were just walking throughout the hotel hallways with no supervision.

DO NOT GO HERE-- HAS ROACHES!!!
