Americas Best Value Inn Billings

just slept and showered bit noisy at 11 pm

.

Its undergoing a name change. No casino on premises. Poorly maintained in general. No locked entrance. Small TV, no binoculars supplied to watch from bed. And a life baby roach on the vanity immediately after inspection. The only positive things were the short drive to the airport, and the sweet afternoon employee.

Made reservation on the fly thru Priceline and got even less than expected. Conveniently located right off the freeway but I seriously feared my car would not be there in the morning. (luckily it was!) This place is one step above a flop house. SO glad I was not with my family! Way, way too scary. The hand lettered signs plastered all around the lobby were over the top. This place obviously has issues with their towels missing.

So bad, disappointed and disgusted Smells urine at the front parking lot and doors are rusted and room smells horrible

Don’t stay here

Sketch neighborhood

Good

The first night we checked in our room. There was one light in the whole room and that was the bathroom light, the bedroom window can be pushed open for anyone to jump through, the window. The traffic of people in and out of that place is not good at all and way to much, the casino it says it’s part of. That’s “under construction” there is no pool it’s filled in and has weeds growing out of it. we paid 60$ for the room rate and 50$ cash for a deposit. I asked to put lights in the room and got told no that they can move me next door to a new room.

The room was nice but the staff was not friendly First room was disgusting filthy put us in a better room after some discussion

Poor

Clean room, easy check in/out

Awful place - no positives Bed bugs, loud guests and machines, no hot water

Terrible place

Freindly staff big rooms

Location, the room was quiet. Room was cold, the wall heater did not produce heat. The bed springs made noise every time we moved. All the warning signs were cause for concern.

Rude employees checked into a room with guest still sleeping. room was dirty a lot of maintenance work needs done in room

Parking was great. Everything else was terrible.

It was so nasty we didn’t even stay

Clean money saver! ? No Breakfast?
