FairBridge Inn Express Billings Airport

The place was clean, good location, and a good value. The bed was comfortable amd the bathroom was nicely kept. The staff was friendly. A lot of street noise, but that was addressed with some white noise. The water pressure in the bathroom was a little lacking.

The bed was comfortable. The bedding was good. It was a nice touch to have individually wrapped dinner mints on each bed. It was nice to have a continental breakfast option. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor, and the bathroom could use an updating.

It’s clean room; For parking is easy and enough. All staff are very friendly.

I never made it to breakfast. Every moment of my experience was utterly disappointing and I cannot imagine breakfast would have been any better. The Fairbridge falsely advertises as a nice place. Just the chemical odor alone was so intense I could t be in the room. I won’t ever stop warning people.

First off the parking is NOT GOOD. The room was similar clean except for the cobwebs the bed was ok bedding had a funky smell. The rooms need some tlc.

It was a nice quiet stay and that was nice Paying with a card and still having to put down a deposit most motels don't do that anymore only if your Paying with cash.

The bed was very comfortable and I really liked the light soft comforter on the bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome. And thank you for serving it till 10:00 am. Most places only go till 9:00 so I appreciate the extra hour. Your place is a bit outdated but it serves the purpose. It is not conducive to sleeping in as you can hear people running water, talking, walking, etc. through the walls very easily not to mention hearing aircraft come in during the night. Also the parking lot is very cramped.

Nothing The feces in the toilet! The dog hair on the sheets. The dead fly on the bathroom floor. Dirt buildup that was stuck on the floor. Patches of sticky patches. For 15 dollars a night. We left ASAP next morning. Even though we paid booking. Com we didn't stay.

Location No hot water. Ran water for 15 minutes until it was Luke warm. Very little outlets to charge electric devices.

Room had not been vacuumed. Hair was found all over in bathroom and in sheets. Gross!

Had stayed 4 nights earlier, discussed with night desk staff about upcoming booking & the note that needed a floor room with no steps due to surgery. Had booked king size bed . When we arrived after a 6 hour drive girl at from desk was going to put me on 2 nd floor. Dozen stairs. I explained that 4 days ago I was told room 143 or 144 would be where we stayed. She said someone else was in those rooms. Said she couldn’t refund unless my ticketing agent poked it, it was late. She said she provide a double I said a double bed would not work but then gave me a room with two beds.
