Fairfield Inn & Suites Billings

doing a bit of remodeling to upgrade this property was good and to get the hot tub working another thing other than that I think with a little remodeling in this property will shine like a typical fresh Marriott family hotel

Apparently the hotel was aware that there were problems with the access to our room via the key card before we checked in and yet still chose to assign us that room. To me that is just plain lack of consideration for the customer and extremely poor management. Would not trust the competency of the management at this hotel.

It was a good ol' time!

Everything!!! The staff was so accommodating, rooms were spotless and the shower...wow..water pressure was and temp..perfect. location was great with restaurants near and easy access to the freeway. BREAKFAST...OMG, sooo good and the attendant was so sweet. She was so helpful and not one dirty table in site..she was fast. This is best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you!!! No hot tub...but the hot massaging jets in the shower made up for it.

Very nice selection for breakfast & all day coffee.

Nice people that work there. The breakfast lady that was there while our state was going on was very very good. She would explain everything. Tell us what all there was for breakfast and she even had a great conversation with us. Nothing, everything was great

Everyone, including the desk people and especially the breakfast person were so nice and caring.

Hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke! Was not able to use side doors to enter hotel and elevator seemed a bit sketchy!

Clean rooms

Good Breakfast. Bed mattress was not good. TV screens on workout equipment did not work. Water in rooms did not get very hot

Front desk employees were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was nice and quiet at night.

Location, price,breakfast, Slow internet and not many channels to watch

My son and I arrived late around midnight. We were initially assigned a non-smoking room that unfortunately someone had fouled in the not too distant past with cigarette smoke. The the front desk clerk immediately found us another room that was immaculate without a problem. The breakfast was fine.

Booked an ADA room because my sister uses a wheelchair.I was supposed to be able to put a rollaway in the room. The room was entirely too small to do that. I ended up booking another room just for myself. The ADA room had Carpet throughout the bedroom area. That makes it very difficult to move a wheelchair. The bathroom was a nightmare. The roll in shower had no shower curtain. Water got everywhere and made it a slipping hazard. The shower seat was entirely too low. There was no way my sister could push herself up off of that shower chair. She ended up taking sponge baths.There was not enough space under the sink for her to slide her wheelchair into. To top it all off there were spiders and bugs in the bathroom. There were one good things about the stay. The staff was fantastic and tried to address it as many of our problems as they could. We will not stay there next year on our way up to glacier national Park

LOCATION TO WHERE I NEEDED TO GO.

The room was very clean and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast had good and healthy options.
