The view from our room was absolutely amazing! The room was very clean and comfortable, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special shout out goes to Tayler R. for going above and beyond to help me when I thought I had lost my ID and credit cards. It is good to know that there are still people out there that truly care and want to help others. This was not the first time we have stayed at the Hyatt Place on Beach Blvd. in Biloxi, and it will not be the last!

Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Great location nice staff. Pool was nice, but hot tub was out of service, which was a disappointment. Would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Hotel staff are very nice. This was our 3rd time staying at this location.

A/C in room was loud. Rooms need a refurb. Fridge in room not good for medically necessary items to be cooled. Owners getting greedy charging $50 to park in the front of hotel for Crusin the Coast. Been going there for 5 years, will not be back next year. Carpet in hallways was disgusting.

It was conveniently located near the beach. Checking in to this hotel was a disaster. Staff was not friendly or pleasant. Many guest including myself was continually told our rooms were not ready even after the check in time. We sat at the bar where there was no bartender and the front desk clerks were the ones who had to make our drinks which the 1st clerk had no clue how to make our drinks which came off their menu . Once we got to our room we noticed both night lamps on the bedside were broken and there was a dead roach in the big light fixture over the couch and our room smelled like dirty feet .

We felt the location was excellent and the whole experience was amazing.

We got there Wednesday and left today. The room was cleaned once and when I say clean replace towels, toilet paper, empty trash cans. Yesterday we emptied the trash ourselves. When asked about the making the bed etc, I was told that’s something that is done every 3 day. Ok again we got there Wednesday snd left today (Sunday). My days staying at a Hyatt are over.
