The hotel and casino are both well kept and clean. The non smoking property is so nice!! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great area as well.

The check in was seamless, the room was clean and all the staff were friendly. The rooms are large and spacious and the beds are very comfortable. If you like a cold room they A/C will make sure you need to use the covers if you turn it down. There of covered parking with the entrance to the hotel on the 3rd level. We didn’t gamble or eat on site but there were several choices.

Casino was a blast. Room was clean but dated

My daughter and I had an outstanding stay at the Palace Casino in Biloxi. We used the gym, spa, gift shop, restaurants, and casino—and every single area exceeded our expectations. The entire facility was immaculate, and the staff was consistently friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the no-smoking environment, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The property has a refined, boutique-hotel feel rather than a typical large casino resort, and its location is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run place to stay and play. We have found our spot and will be back!

Great room at decent price
-
The website advertised airport shuttle. That is not entirely true. They need 72 hours notice and did not seem the bit interested in helping me. On a positive note the bar outside the restaurant was excellent.
-
Great stay, room was beautiful and had a wonderful view. Staff was super helpful. Love staying at the smoke free Palace!
-
The room was clean and in good shape. Check in was easy and staff friendly and courteous. They accommodates my request to be in a room close to the pool.
-
Check in great but front desk help at check out was awful. Rude and disgusting and Disrespectful
-
It was a quick little recharge trip . Clean rooms , good food and friendly staff
-
I stay here every year for an annual golf tournament and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else non-smoking friendly staff pleasant experience every time definitely recommend
-
The hotel itself was great. The people slamming doors in the hallways - not so much.
-
Everything was perfect
-
Love that the whole property is smoke free that is why we stay there
-
Quiet and nice. Very peaceful
-
Everything was pricey but we are on vacation.

Casino was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food, comps, & amenities were great. The only issue/inconvenience was some cleaning we were told was happening on the floor above us and it sounded like lite hammering in the morning.
