Very good location with convenient parking. Good breakfast. Slow to return security deposit.

They had false advertisement no free breakfast no WiFi they had dirty rooms with baby roaches in there I killed The staff was very rude and impolite the housekeepers were very impolite and disrespectful and rude I would never be a guest again at Twin Lodge

This was my very first time staying at Twin Star Lodge and I really liked it. I just stayed for one night but it was very nice and the price was very affordable. I liked the spacious rooms, the cleanliness, the shower was great. Everything worked inside the room. I also like the location and how it is set up on the outside. These people are doing a great job keeping up this hotel inside and out. I am looking forward to my stay here again at the Twin Star Lodge. The staff was friendly and respectful. Thanks for making this first experience a wonderful one.

The location

The room was ran down and door didn’t deadbolt very well. Also the breakfast SUCKED and wasn’t much than cereal, muffin’s, toast and mini waffles. The juices were hot and nasty! They only allowed you two bath towels and two wash clothes a day and one roll of toilet paper. The house keeping supervisor is very rude and loud to me she seems very rude and hateful to others as in staff too. 😡😡😡 the place can use ALOT OF TLC and remodeling the only good thing was the bed was very comfortable

The property was clean. The rooms were clean, older hotel, but nice .. we rented the room to go to a concert and it was so hot in the room because they didn’t turn on the AC took hours to cool off ..

Older hotel - somewhat updated but clean. Requested downstairs - they did not accommodate request however there were several vacant rooms on the lower level.

Its not a hotel..it's a motel They have roaches and an odor

My stay was just ok. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful at all. The housekeeping staff is very loud and rude while guests are trying to sleep. They didn’t want to give new linen or clean the room daily. I had to change my own bedding. Towels were all dingy and hair was often found on the linen and towels.

Location Preparedness, availability of items

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room. We had a microwave and refrigerator. The bed very comfortable and bathroom was dated but very clean. Great stay had a nice view of the gulf, right across the street is Shaggy’s, the reef and Waffle House. We will definitely stay here again next time we are here.

Good location The operation room White 5600k light bulbs in every light fixture of the room, makes it incredibly difficult to relax.
