Was suprised as the poor condition of the room (worn floors, chipped walls, cabinent missing hinge, mold in shower) and location gets lots of street noise from cars racing their engines at night. Just not what we expected from an Indigo flagged property
-
Honestly nothing Room was rundown. Fixtures in bathroom broken. Hairs in and around shower(I did not use it). The parking was more than disclosed.

On the website it said there was dining. Planned to eat dinner there because we were on the road for a long time. Get there and nope dining is closed!! Front desk was not friendly!! Had to walk to get dinner. Never in my life have I heard of a hotel having to control your thermostat at the front desk!!! That about sent me over the edge. Nothing especially in the room. Had paint splatter all over the phone. Felt so dirty the entire time. When you look in cracks and crevices there were scratches, dirt just so not taken care of and kept up! This hotel looked so cute online and was so excited about staying there. I was miserable!! Next day went down to ask for car and had to wait because valet had lost keys to another couple!!!!!! OMG!!!

Great stay. Clean room and friendly staff.

Only one towel in bathroom. No soap. Ac didn’t work well. Paid for breakfast that was just cereal and granola bars. 50$ parking

We were first given a room that had not been cleaned (bed unmade, towels in bathroom on the floor). The second room was better, although the toilet roll was about 1/4 full with no extra roll, and coffee pot did not heat up the water. The desk clerks were not particularly friendly. It was nice to have breakfast for free, although nothing hot, except the coffee.

Bathroom had dirty towels on the floor under the sink, it had dust everywhere

The room was great and the staff was nice. We stayed 2 nights and the only problem we had was, if we left for more than a couple hours, we would get back and our key card wouldn't work, and the day of checkout it was deactivated at 8 when checkout is 11. We went to get breakfast and come back and our key wouldn't work again.

Lots of things didn't work and the staff didn't seem to care. It is overpriced for what you get. I would not stay there again.

This property is very cool and nice in a great spot for lots of fun. I will be staying there again. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Staff and Valet was professional.

While the staff is nice, the owners don't care about the property or don't have the money to upkeep it. I'm not going to go into detail but almost not part of the hotel felt like it was worth the money. Until they have renovated, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere. Right across the street at the Hilton for the same price, I had a much better experience.

Breakfast Needs urgent refurbishment

This was my first time staying at this particular hotel brand. I came in for a conference at the BJCC which the drive from the hotel was not bad (9mins). Room was clean. Room temperature is controlled by the front desk which was something different that I never experienced at a hotel. I only had to adjust once. Ashley, front desk staff was very nice and helpful answering questions and assisting even when it was close to shift change late at night. I would stay at this hotel again if visiting the area next time

The staff was wonderful!!! Very helpful and hard working! The hotel itself is old, and the decor is a little weird, with a lot of pics of vials and pharmacy related things. Just a bit strange. The room was great, but just an old property.

Exceptional

First I want to say that the staff was wonderful. The lady at the front desk, the gentlemen that works valet, and the restaurant staff are all top notch. The hotel is old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break, and the automatic doors don't work at the front of the hotel. The room was large and spacious, but there was a basket of trash from the former guest in our room, the refrigerator doesn't work, and there was trash under our bed- the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests. The bed was comfy, but there was "matter" on the curtains. The food was great, but the hotel isn't properly staffed. Most of my issues were not the staff, but the property management other than the room not being cared for properly. I wouldn't stay there again. Also the cost of valet per night $39 is the same as self parking unless you park on the street which doesn't look the safest.

Great hotel!

Disappointing

Floor was sticky, tables in the living room area was sticky. A/C did not work all night. Room temperature stayed around 78-76 the entire stay.
