Great hotel! The location was convenient to the training I was attending. I didn't have to fight the interstate traffic. It was a straight shot from the hotel to the venue.

Great location, very comfortable and spacious room, outstanding breakfast. Water issues - very low water pressure and no hot water available at night, so had to wash my face with lukewarm to cool water. In the morning, the shower took a solid five or more minutes to heat up and even then wasn't really hot. Slow sink drain. Very limited lighting in the room and zero lighting in the closet, so had to try to situate and hang up my clothes in the dark. No "do not disturb" sign provided and housekeeping came as early as 9am.

Absolutely amazing customer service all around. ALL staff members were beyond friendly and helpful! The hotel was IMMACULATE! The included breakfast was SUPERB! The area was very clean and SAFE and parking was more than ample! Would stay here again and again!

My friends checked in for me while I was at a concert. She dropped something and her boyfriend picked it up and noticed it was disgusting under the bed. Dirt, trash, old crackers, old chick-fli-a box. Had a big bud chilling in the top corner of the room. The tv would not stay positioned, it would just fall. The ac control was coming off the wall. The blinds look like wolverine got ahold of it and ripped it to shreds. Would not even roll up, which didn’t matter because the view was blocked. The ONLY electrical outlet that was beside the sink did not even work. The pull out trundle bed was disgusting. Told the hotel staff and the guy said he guesses he needs to tell the cleaning staff to clean better under the beds, that he’d take care of it. Friends went and ate, came back and the only thing cleaned up was the chick fli a box. Told the staff along with shown pictures to them and their reply was that they would make sure their manager would compensate us for our troubles and that had yet to happen. Mind you I have pictures of everything.

Exceptional

The lobby was fairly clean, staff were friendly and check in was quick. The premise is dated and some kind of deodorizer is used for the elevator/hallway. The room appears nice when you walk in, but it is not as clean as it should be. The light switches were nasty and the towels were not very clean. As a matter of fact, one towel was completely dirty. The bathroom fan was inoperable. Breakfast on Saturday was late. Oatmeal looked like it had been sitting overnight, the oj dispenser tasted like a chemical. Not enough bread/bagels for toast. Kielbasa didn’t look cooked enough. So didn’t attempt that or the eggs. Can’t go wrong with cereal.

Nice stay

We arrived and there it smelled nice and clean. Check in was quick. There was some trash on the property outside I noticed. Our door didn’t close or lock properly. The toilet didn’t flush well at all. We got a suite which needed extra pillows and blankets. Went to get them and he said they were out of pillows to roll a blanket up in place. Sheets did fit on one of the beds. We killed a roach in the bathroom. Husband showered and the towel had a huge hole in it. Pool was green and kids couldn’t swim. Not many tv channels and no Disney+ option only Netflix. I’ve machine on our floor didn’t work. This was our third hotel in 6 days and it was disappointing.

Had maintenance emergency in room on saturday - "they don't work on weekends". Asked for manager on Saturday - "they will be in on Wednesday." Left room early due to above issues - was charged a early leaving fee. Oh, breakfast, served on weekends from 7am-9ish but on weekdays 8am-10ish - seems backwards to me as people tend to want to relax on the weekend. Also, the television system that provides hotel info does not have days or hours of available services. Oh, yeah woke to green pool Sunday - thought I was in DC.
