Airport Inn

It was close to the airport, which was nice since we had an early morning flight out. It was dirty, run down, and honestly just sketchy overall. They gave our room to someone else even though we did not check out. Some employees were quite rude. Lots of the people staying in rooms seem like they live there and we did not feel safe.

Location No bar soap. When requested, the staff person brought us more shampoo and body gel. She acted mystified that we wanted a bar of soap! She eventually brought us two bars. There were no washcloths. The wall beside the bed needed repairs. We would never sta

I found the bed comfortable but my sister's back hurt every morning. The room was clean. Most nights were quiet. The manager was very nice. Breakfast was good. The price was good. There was noise the first night from people around the pool until 1:00am. No kleenexs were provided. Some of the hallways were dirty. Our closest ice machine was not working. The bathroom fan was exceedingly loud.

The price I paid No clue how the hotel is a 3+ star rating. The hotel is older, rub down. The fan in our bathroom was super loud, made you not want to turn the light on. 1 small trash can in the whole room, super thin walls, room/building need an overall.

They refused the room to me tat the price shon to me was wrong. That clearly customers are my important

The staff seemed to care about their jobs. When the airline changed my schedule the hotel was accommodating. The room looked newly updated. Water did not backup in the tub or sink. Loved the classics surviver Cadillac Limo. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with plastic cotton candy. Not a good pillow in my opinion.

Nothing! I and others with reservations did not get the rooms we had reserved months in advance. I was told there was an airport shuttle service but when my time came...no shuttle and no one answered the bell. I am disabled and HAD TO WALK to the airport!!!!

The hotel is super clean. The breakfast is amazing. They provided fresh fruits, sausage and ham for breakfast. Location is also close to the airport. Some of the photos, like the bW one, are misleading. Their management system is out of dated. A occupied room was provided at first.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience ever i honesty hope for the sake of people this place gets shut down or new management. We called the night before our trip confirmed our reservation they confirmed. We arrived and they had no rooms. Do not stay here. The place was nasty and had no rooms after we had mad a reservation 2 months prior.

Nothing Horrible don¿t stay! Arrived At 3 for check -in no clean rooms told me the maids were lazy! Wow! Came back and my room was 90 degrees ac didn¿t work! Went in the back! The rooms in the back are with all the people who live there! This isn¿t a hotel

Nothing Would not recommend. Looked like a place transients would stay at.

The price was nice. Had to wait for the room to be finished cleaning. There was only 1 bath towel for us. Sheets didn't look like they were fresh and new.

Nothing No one at the front desk upon arrival. 40 minutes later maintenance man arrives. He calls someone. 3 groups waiting to check in. Desk person arrives, her shift just starting. Her boss left early told no one. Our reservation gone. No rooms ???

Do not stay here. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. This hotel is terrible. I arrived to find out all reservations were cancelled do to an unknown reason. No prior notice, nothing. I had already prepaid,Then they say they will refund my money and did not. I had to dispute it with my credit card company.

That we could walk to a real 3 star hotel and get out of this scary place! Crime scene with police, EMS and fire trucks all around this motel the day we would¿ve checked out! Knew we had to leave for safety reasons: broken lock bar, tv did not work, heater could not be adjusted, black substance on stained bath towel and bed.

My friend arrived ahead of me only to find there were no rooms left despite my reservation. My friend was forced to pay for a room elsewhere. When I arrived, there wasn¿t anyone at the desk (only a list of phone numbers to third parties) No refund yet.

the staff - courteous and helpful Yes - you have it as 3.5 stars and is more like a 2. Need a revisit.

mgr seemed nice…but I was never refunded my money via PayPal, despite a dispute dirty, door lock didn’t work, mussing smoke detector, small blood on curtain and heater

How close it was to the airport. It was very outdated, run down, and just very sketchy for being 3 1/2 stars. I would have rated it maybe 2 stars if lucky.
