Hotel is hard to find where to park to check in but it is a great hotel. Convenient to shops, restaurants and attractions. Staff friendly and professional.

It was a lovely hotel, staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bathroom was amazing. Breakfast was included and were good. Location was brilliant, not far from Boston Common or turn right and very close to sea. Would highly recommend this hotel. Nothing

Everything about the Canopy Hotel was outstanding. I would especially like commend Dilara (in the Rose Room)for her exceptional courtesy and going out of her way to make us feel welcome and special. Very nice but a little overpriced for room and drinks in lounge.

Friendly helpful staff, nice and clean with great customer service. Loved having not only ice but filtered water just steps away from our room.

The staff went beyond expectations for helpful ideas and making sure that they answered questions properly. Made us feel our money was well spent.

Very comfortable and clean hotel! The beds and linens were high quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! Very convenient to Boston historic sites and Little Italy section of the city. My only complaint is the enormous amount of taxes and fees on top of the taxes we had already paid through Expedia! City living, I guess :(

This property was amazing! The entire staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. The room and public areas were over the top clean. The icing on the cake was the location! Walking distance to everything! Especially the North End. We went there every night. It was our first time in Boston. We will definitely be back, and when we do we will stay at Canopy!

I liked the hardwood floor in the bedroom, the spacious bathroom. The hotel is well located close to the Freedom Trail. Also Boston Commons and Public Gardens are accessible by foot. The lobby and the bar are cozy. Nothing

Superb

Hotel is conveniently located and easily accessed. Staff very professional. Great water pressure. Extremely clean room. Bed was somewhat firm & sheets were scratchy which was surprising considering Hilton mattresses and sheets are usually very comfortable. Very much enjoyed the 2 tickets to View Boston. Cocktails at bar on 2nd floor were good but way too expensive. We chose to go elsewhere where the same cocktails were $10-$12 less.
