Copley Square Hotel, a FOUND Hotel

It was a good stay. The room was dark and could have used brighter lighting around the bed. Turning on the shower was difficult because my hand got wet when I turned it on. On the same trip, I stayed at the Verb, and they had a circular cut-out in the glass wall so you could stick your hand through to turn on the shower. I could have used an outlet closer to the bed to recharge my phone and hearing aids. The first-floor room with the free coffee and vending machines was terrific.

Everything was good, I stayed in a single room and was very cozy, clean and quiet; a perfect room for a solo traveler in the very center of Back Bay.

We didn’t have a car and really appreciate how central and accessible this location was to all the touristy things in the areas but also restaurants and shopping. The staff was so kind, especially Ben. They were kind enough to store our luggage before and after our stay. The bathroom was super tiny and the shower pressure was very meh, but other than that it was a perfect stay!

The room was so tiny, there was no desk, no chair, and it cost $450 for the one night. Elevator broke down. I had a lot of luggage, and the porter just left it at the door to my room, without waiting for me. He lost a gratuity by doing that. I called for my car in advance. It took 45 minutes for the car to appear. The staff wasn't rude but I'd say there was a sullenness and bad attitude quite evident. The place isn't dirty, but it's fair to say it is a dump. Good location is the only thing going for it.

I liked how central the hotel’s location is to nearby attractions. Valet was helpful, however I feel like there should be one more person on staff.

Perfect location and stay at the right price.

The hotel is old and really in need of renovation. However, the rooms are clean, but it’s a no-frills hotel - no coffee in room, no clock, no room service. They have coffee in lobby and vending machines but it’s pretty dreary in that room. However, if you’re looking for a clean room close to everything this is the hotel for you. I definitely felt safe and the bed was comfortable.

The property is in a very good location - the building has the old vintage vibe, however, it needs major upgrade. Elevator is very slow and usually doesn't work as it should be. Room carpet is old, needs to be taken out, bathroom need major upgrade. Bed is just okay, can be better....

I was disappointed there was no one to help me lift my baggage from the sidewalk into the hotel up three steps. The sidewalk is on a slope and my bags are on wheels. I was worried they would roll away. Also, I was disappointed in the bar/restaurant offering; my first night I was informed that they did not serve breakfast and so did not try to eat in there until my last night which was pleasant but a very limited menu.

Room was clean and front desk was super helpful. We forgot our charger and housekeeping found it and brought it to the desk. All around everyone was awesome
