The Inn at Longwood Medical

Location Elevator. But they are working on that.

We needed a place close to Bringham Women’s to visit a family member. The hotel was a few minutes walk. The room was clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. The elevator was slow but they are working on that. The stairwells were clean.

Noah at the front desk was more than accommodating when I needed to add room and then extend my stay. He tried several different ways and was successful in getting me exactly what I wanted so polite and just so professional. I will tell everyone to head to your hotel if they have to come up to the hospitals for any reason at all.

Only stayed for one night but it was close to food and Fenway!

Be careful of the $28/day facility fee! It’s listed in the waiver agreement. My mistake for not paying attention although when they swiped my card, I asked if there were incidentals I should know about. Nothing was mentioned

Whenever I go to Boston for hospital appointments I stay at this hotel. The onsite restaurant and bar are a great option if I do not feel like going out for food and it’s located near quite a few places that are well within walking distance.

Clean and efficient with a nice restaurant on the premises. From my perspective, the Inn at Longwood has everything you need.

The room was convenient to Fenway Park and several restaurants. We had a pleasant stay.

The person checking us in must have been having a bad day. The others were understanding and professional. Only one elevator working and no one appeared to be working on it. Lobby is small.

The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. Great location to the Longwood area of Boston colleges and activities.

Location was close to my sons school; very walkable and clean; well maintained Since it is close to the hospitals ; sirens during the night

Property is older but clean. Unfortunately, we didn’t use any amenities, location is great for medical area!

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. The hotel appears to be targeted more toward families of those receiving treatment at the many nearby medical facilities. The staff went the extra mile to be more than just conducting business, but also sensitive to the mood of family members staying there. Parking was paid and our parking card gave us trouble.

Proximity to the hospital and kindness of all the staff.

The hotel is well situated for visits to nearby Medical Facilities. It is clean and the staff is very good. Parking is underneath. Other than its prime location, it is quite expensive, clean and very convenient with a food court and Bar & Grill. I was there 2 years ago and then today. The same 2nd elevator was broken. I would call it well located, convenient and pedestrian.

The staff was very helpful. The only down side is that if you are needing to eat after 9pm you only have one choice of fast food.

The hotel was in good location to restaurants and public transportation. Only negative was the windows were not soundproof and all the sirens coming into the hospitals was noisy
